Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Reservations are possible by phone, email and online via the private website.

The minimum rental period during the summer season is 7 days, from Saturday or Sunday. During the off-season, the minimum rental period is 2 days.

Tourist tax PLN 2 per person per day, payable on site in cash.

The fee for a small dog or cat is PLN 30 per day.

After making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, payable within 3 days.

We issue a receipt or invoice for your stay upon request.

For organised groups of 30 or more people, special prices and catering options are available.

The Matiaszówka Resort in the Bieszczady Mountains invites you to its comfortable, year-round wooden cottages. We offer cottages of various sizes and standards. Single-story cottages for 2-5 people, with one bedroom and a living room, and two-story cottages for 2-8 people, with two bedrooms and a living room, are available in Comfort and De Luxe versions. All cottages feature automatic, maintenance-free fireplaces with the fire visible through the glass.

For demanding guests, we offer a Residence - Exclusive House for 12 people with a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hot Tub and Banquet Hall.

The single-story houses consist of: a bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed), a living room with a fold-out sofa, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a terrace.

The two-story cottages feature a kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed or corner sofa, and a covered terrace downstairs. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one for four people (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and the other for three people (1 double bed, 1 single bed).

The Comfort Cottage features a 38-inch TV (Canal+ package) and stable Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, and a microwave.

The De Lux cottage features a 50-inch SMART TV (full Canal+ package, HBO, Netflix, Max, Prime Video). The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and an automatic coffee machine with grinder. The cottage has a double L-shaped terrace with a hanging hammock chair. As the last cottage in the row, it borders the forest on one side, providing the utmost comfort and privacy.

The RESIDENCE is a 280 m² luxury home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spa area featuring a large Jacuzzi, infrared sauna, and outdoor wood-burning hot tub. Guests also have access to a banquet hall, perfect for hosting family gatherings or parties. A large terrace for 12 people and a gas grill are also available.

On the premises: parking lot, bike rental.

Additionally on the premises: place for grill, place for bonfire.

The Residence offers a banquet room for 12 people with tables, chairs and a place to dance.

We have a relaxation and sports area within the resort:
* 2 outdoor pools - one for swimming (12 x 6 m), the other a paddling pool for children. Both pools are heated, with water above 30 degrees.

* large, natural pond,
* playground with a trampoline, sandbox, swings, slides, carousel, artificial turf pitch for badminton and volleyball,
