The minimum rental period during the holiday season is 7 days, from Saturday or Sunday. In low season, the minimum rental period is 2 days.

Tourist tax PLN 1 per person per night, payable on the spot in cash.

The fee for a small dog or cat is PLN 30 per night.

After booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, payable within 3 days.

We issue a receipt or an invoice upon request.

There is a special price list and the possibility of meals for organized groups of 30 or more people.

The Matiaszówka center in the Bieszczady Mountains invites you to its comfortable, year-round wooden houses. We offer houses of various sizes and standards. Single-story houses for 2-5 people with one bedroom and a living room and two-story houses for 2-8 people with two bedrooms and a living room - these houses are available in the Comfort, De Lux and VIP versions. All houses have automatic and maintenance-free fireplaces with fire visible behind the glass.

For demanding guests, we have a Residence - Exclusive House for 12 people with a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Balcony and Banquet Hall.

Single-story houses consist of: bedrooms for 4 people. (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed), living room with a fold-out sofa, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace.

The two-story houses have a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a fold-out sofa or a corner sofa and a covered terrace downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one for 4 people. (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and the second 3-person room (1 double bed, 1 single bed).

Domek Komfort has, among others, 38-inch TV (Canal+ package), stable Wi-Fi. In the kitchen: fridge with freezer, 4-burner gas stove, microwave.

The De Lux house has, among others: 48-inch TV (Canal+ and HBO channels). The kitchen also has an electric oven, a pressure coffee machine and a blender. The cottage is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The VIP house has a 50-inch SMART TV (full Canal+ package, HBO, Netflix, Max, Prime Video channels). The kitchen is additionally equipped with a dishwasher and an automatic coffee machine with a grinder. The house has a double L-shaped terrace with a hanging hammock chair. It is the last house in the row, bordering the forest on one side, providing the greatest comfort and privacy.

The RESIDENCE is a 280 m2 luxury house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a SPA zone consisting of a large jacuzzi bathtub, an infrared sauna and an outdoor wood-fired hot tub. There is a banquet hall at guests' disposal, where you can organize a family meeting or a party. There is also a large terrace for 12 and a gas grill.

On the premises: parking lot, bike rental.

Additionally on the premises: place for grill, place for bonfire.

The Residence offers a banquet room for 12 people with tables, chairs and a place to dance.

We have a relaxation and sports zone in the center:
* 2 outdoor pools - one for swimming (12 x 6 m), the other a paddling pool for children. Both swimming pools are heated , above 30 degrees.
