During the winter season, we charge an additional fee for electricity.
Prices are negotiable depending on the date of stay and number of people.

Additional fees:

* House under the Maple:

Summer season from June 15 to September 15:

* PLN 1,600/day (min. 6 days) when renting the house and rooms in the barn, for a total of 14 people.

Long weekends and holidays:

* to be agreed individually.

Outside of the summer season:

* PLN 1,200/day (min. 2 days) when renting a house for 9 people,

* PLN 1,350/day (min. 2 days) when renting the house and rooms in the barn, for a total of 14 people.

Additional fees:

* final cleaning PLN 150 off-season, PLN 250 in season,

* pizza oven with accessories and wood PLN 150 for the weekend, PLN 200 for the week,

* sauna PLN 150 per weekend, PLN 300 per week.

* Cottage by the Water:

Summer season from June 15 to September 15:

* PLN 900 per day (min. 6 days) for 7 people.

Long weekends and holidays:

* To be agreed individually.

Outside of the summer season:

* PLN 750 per day (min. 2 days) for 7 people.

Additional fees:

* final cleaning PLN 100 off-season, PLN 150 in season,

* sauna PLN 150 per weekend, PLN 300 per week.

House under the Maple
On 150 m2 there are:
- on the ground floor: double bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom.
- in the attic: 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, living room.
In front of the house there is a veranda and a terrace, a lawn, a playground for children.

Additionally:
In the barn on the mezzanine, there are 2 double rooms with a bathroom on the ground floor.
Next to the barn there is a fully equipped summer kitchen.
In total, 12 guests can stay comfortably in this facility.

On the premises parking lot.

Additionally on the premises: garden, gazebo, place for bonfire, garden furniture.

For the active guest we offer: tennis court, boat, kayaks, possibility of fishing, kayaking, table tennis, billiards, climbing wall, table soccer.

For children swings.

At guests' disposal pier, sauna.

For the active guest: hiking trails, cycle trips, canoeing trips.

Tourist attractions: wildlife watching.

In the vicinity possibility to buy full board.

The facility is located by the lake, in Wdzydzkiego Landscape Park.

6 km to Lipusz.
