Prices vary depending on the season (low, medium, high) and the number of people.

e.g. Low season from Monday to Friday 280 PLN - 2 people / day, 380 PLN - 4 people / day

When booking, we charge a 30% deposit.

Children up to 4 years old free of charge.

Additionally, only the resort fee of PLN 1.50 per person, per day is payable.

Year-round houses, made of wood, diffusionally open, comfortable with an area of 65 m2. All the same inside.

On the ground floor: living room (fold-out sofa, rocking chair, dining table for 4-5 people), kitchen, bathroom, large covered terrace.

In the attic: 2 bedrooms on the mezzanine, one with a double bed with massagers, and the other with two single beds.

Bathroom: shower, hand and body wash gels, towels.

Kitchen: fully equipped, plates, pots, cutlery, induction hob, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, kettle, drip coffee maker, filters, coffee, tea, tea pot, sugar, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth, sponge, dishwashing liquid.

In the house: fiber optic internet, TV, Netflix, underfloor heating.

Smoking is prohibited in the cottages (smoke detectors).

At guests' disposal there is a JACUZZI, barbecue facilities, a large fireplace, a playground for children with a mud kitchen.

Pets are allowed. Pet fee is PLN 200.

The property offers free parking.

We provide baby cots, highchairs and bathtubs upon request.

We organize intimate corporate events and team-building meetings for 12-15 people.

Hen or stag parties - only if all 3 cottages are booked so as not to disturb other guests.

For children there is a playhouse, swing and mud kitchen.

The garden offers hammocks, deck chairs and a jacuzzi.

Tleń belongs to the Tuchola Forest Biosphere Reserve, opposite the cottages there is the entrance to the Wdecki Landscape Park, where the Piaseczno Lake Nature Reserve is located.

The facility offers the possibility of ordering a home-cooked dinner (soup + main course) with delivery for PLN 25 (order carried out by a catering company, orders must be placed on the given day by 9:00 at the latest)

The town center is a 10-minute walk away.

Comfortable rest among the pine trees, full of iodine in wooden houses.
