Prices in our center start from PLN 50 per person (price in June and September). The price is influenced by several factors, such as: the date we want to arrive, the number of guests, and the length of stay.
The price for a cottage in the season depends on the cottage (houses are at different prices), negotiable individually.
In June and September prices are lower.
Hotel check-in from 2 p.m. to 11 a.m.

We offer fully equipped summer houses for 4, 5, 6 people and one 9-person house.

Cottage No. 23 (4-6 people) is located at 13C Spacerowa Street, 200 m from the lake and 50 m from the center and the main alley (center)
It has two rooms, including one with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The smaller room is equipped with two double sofa beds and a wardrobe. The larger room has a double sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a fully equipped kitchenette. Large fridge 190 cm, 3-compartment freezer, microwave, induction cooker, TV, grill.
The house has a large covered terrace. It can accommodate a table and 6 garden chairs.
ATTENTION!! Please bring duvet covers and pillowcases.
You can park your car at the cottage for free.
There is a sandbox for children next to the house.
Equipment:
- in the kitchenette: microwave, set of glasses, cutlery, plates, frying pans, pots, stove, large induction fridge, cordless kettle,
- a grill with a set of accessories, a table and 6 garden chairs and a TV with a Canal+ satellite decoder.

Cottage No. 33 (4 people) is located at ul. Dorzeczna, 5 minutes walk to the lake and the main alley, semi-detached house with a separate entrance and a large, covered, lockable terrace, has 2 rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. One room has a fold-out sofa bed and a TV. The second room is equipped with a bunk bed and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, an induction cooker, a kettle, a set of glasses, cutlery and plates, a frying pan and pots, and a grill.

The house has a covered, closed terrace. It can accommodate a table and chairs for 6 people and a grill with a set of accessories.
You can park your car at the cottage for free.

4-person room ul. Dorzeczna 3. It is located in a semi-detached house and has a separate entrance. A bunk bed and a sofa bed, TV, furniture and a kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, sink) and a large covered and locked terrace. About a 5-minute walk to the main alley of the lake and attractions in Sielpia. ATTENTION! Please bring duvet covers and pillowcases.

Cottage No. 14 (4-6 people) is located at ul. Spacerowa 13c. It has 2 rooms. The larger one has 2 sofa beds, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooker and fridge). In the smaller room there are 2 couches and furniture. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a kitchen sink. The house has a large covered terrace with a table and 6 chairs. Located 30 m from the main alley and 200 m to the lake. Right in the center :)

A 9-person house, ul. Dorzeczna 3, divided into 2 parts. The first one consists of two rooms (4 people in total), a kitchenette, a bathroom, a TV and a locked covered terrace. The second part is one 4-person room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette, TV, fridge and a separate locked covered terrace. About 5 minutes from the main alley and the lake.
