Stays in 2023 from June 17 to September 17:
*weekly stay is preferred,
* 10% discount in the season (July 1 to August 31, 2023) from 10 days of stay - offer valid when booking a stay until April 30, 2023,
* 1 day in the season: cottage for 4 people = PLN 240, cottage for 6 people = PLN 360,
* 1 day out of season: cottage for 4 people = PLN 220, cottage for 6 people = PLN 330,
* extra beds: PLN 35/person/day,
* the day starts at 14.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure,
* BOOKING: after paying a deposit of 30% of the amount for the stay,
* CHARGES for utilities: electricity, water + sewage according to the meters and price list of suppliers (energy, commune, disposal services).
On the day of arrival, the payment for the entire stay and an advance payment of PLN 100 for utilities (settled at the end of the stay) are collected.
You can have the house cleaned after your stay - PLN 100.

We offer 2 spacious Dutch-type holiday cottages: 4 and 6 people with full infrastructure:
* secure, fenced large property of 1,200 m2, wooded with free parking,
* a 6-person house has 3 double bedrooms / a 4-person house has 2 double bedrooms, in both houses: 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed, bedside lamps, anti-allergic bedding and bed linen, additional blankets,
* living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas, open plan - dining area and fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, 4-ring gas cooker with grill and oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, cordless kettle, lunch and breakfast service, cutlery, kitchen utensils,
* bathroom with toilet and washbasin, with a shower cubicle (modern electronically controlled economical boiler),
* equipment, including: a large sun umbrella and a garden set, deckchairs, beach equipment: an umbrella, a screen or a tent.

We cordially invite you to relax in an intimate village, close to the open sea. A beautiful beach with exceptionally fine and white sand, characteristic of beaches from Łeba to Białogóra. Clean lakes. Forests rich in mushrooms and berries.
A great base for active people - areas rich in attractions for sports: hiking and biking, swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing and others. A great place to relax: silence and rocking hammocks ...
Within the fenced facility there are: a place for recreation and fun, sunbathing, barbecuing and parking - free of charge.

Equipment for recreational and sports games: badminton, football, volleyball, rental of bicycles and Nordic Walking poles.
A lot of space for children to play (baton bars, hammocks-rockers). Monitors, parlor and board games, darts - darts, table football, billiards, cards, scrable, puzzles and others), books for everyone.
For nature lovers: singing birds, croaking of frogs, flights of cranes and storks, roaring deer (around September 10), night sky full of stars freed from city lights...

At the end of the village, the regional restaurant "Under the Strzechą" invites you. You can also buy fresh country eggs and wonderful dumplings with fresh blueberries and mushrooms from friendly housewives from the village, and from the garden - pick fresh greens: parsley, chives and dill, when they grow up... In the nearby communal village of Choczewo (approx. km) there are several grocery stores, including: Biedronka and a sensationally stocked local market "Melan".
We also recommend the "Pod Kasztanem" and "Pestka" restaurants in the village of Choczewo, delicious fish in the "Złota rybka" fry shop and the "Bałtycka" restaurant in Lubiatów, and in Sasin "Samich Swoich", "U Zamojskich", "U Alutki" and close to the beach in the forest, 2 restaurants overlooking the sea, serving a large selection of excellent dishes.

The nearest public transport stop is about 5 minutes on foot, and in the nearby commune village of Choczewo (2.5 km) there is a large public and private transport stop (buses), from where you can conveniently get to, for example, Lubiatów / Kopalin - to the beach or to Wejherowo to the PKP / SKM station, from where the SKM trains depart for the Tri-City (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia) every 15-20 minutes.
A comfortable pavement and a paved road (approx. 1 km) lead to the nearby forest. The local asphalt road towards the nearest beaches in Lubiatów-Kopalin is approx. 300 m away.

Quiet and peaceful little village. Close to a beautiful forest. Wide and clean beaches by the open sea, fresh sea (iodine) and forest air (pine oils), safety and freedom for children, national and landscape parks, parking on a fenced property, lots of space and an intimate property - only 2 houses on 1200 m2: fully equipped, a base for attractive trips and a place to enjoy nature ...
