The confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the value of the stay.
Please pay the rest of the fee no later than 14 days before arrival and send us the transfer confirmation.
Reservations made less than 14 days from the date of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Minimum rental period (we rent the house only as a whole):

- SEASON I: July and August - min. 7 nights Sat-Sat

- SEASON II: September - June - min. 2 nights

The house consists of: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, hall.
In the house: wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi), projector, fridge, stove, dishes, toaster, coffee machine.
Moreover, in the house: wood-burning kitchen and bread oven, tableware, mixer.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, gas, electricity, water, wood for the fireplace and bonfire, internet (not always stable), projector, for weekly stays: swimming pool (mid-June-end of August), banya (September-mid-June).

Final cleaning - PLN 200 (one-time fee)

Additionally, three circus wagons are available for rent:
- Karandasz wagon for 2 people: in the wagon a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet, in front of the wagon a table in an apple orchard and a woven sofa with a table on the terrace;
- Grock wagon for 1-4 people: two rooms in the wagon, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, table with sofa and armchairs on the terrace in front of the wagon;
- Crane wagon for 1-4 people: two rooms in the wagon (one room has a bunk bed), equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, table with benches on the terrace.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, gas, electricity, water, firewood, for weekly stays: swimming pool (mid-June - end of August), banya (September - mid-June)

We also welcome pets in the car - a one-time fee of PLN 100 (half of the amount is donated to the Ciapek shelter for homeless animals in Hajnówka)

Final cleaning - PLN 75 (one-time fee)

On the premises: parking spaces on the fenced property, garden, garden furniture, place for grill, bonfire place.

For the active guest we offer bikes.

For children: play-ground, sandpit, games.

At guests' disposal garden swimming pool.

For the active guest: horseback riding, canoeing trips, guided tours, hiking trails, cycle trips.

In the vicinity: possibility of buying meals, small gastronomy points, Dwór Bartnika restaurant, pizzeria.

The facility is located on a plot of 1.3 ha.

Forest nearby. Hiking and cycling trails.

The nearest shop: 2 km in Siemianówka. Arhelan supermarket in Narewka 8 km.

Advantages of the location: close proximity to a nature reserve, stud farm, rivers, the Siemianówka reservoir - a beach with water equipment rental (approx. 30 minutes by car).
