For longer stays, the price is negotiated individually. We do not charge extra for children or pets. Travel cots with bedding are also included in the price. Use of the swimming pool (in season), sports fields, recreation room, playground, and bonfire are included in the price. Use of the jacuzzi is an additional fee, as it is prepared individually for our guests (we fill it with fresh water and heat it up each time).

At the Zielone Wzgórze Lembarg resort we have 4 year-round, wooden cottages of a high standard.
The area and layout of the rooms is the same in all of them: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-dining area connected to the living room.
However, cottage no. 4 differs from the others in terms of furnishings. Cottages 1, 2, and 3 have a fireplace and a sofa bed in the living room, while cottage 4 has two sofas instead of a fireplace.
Each cottage has a wooden terrace with a seating set and a table.
The kitchens in the cottages are equipped with basic appliances: fridge-freezers, ovens or microwaves, gas hobs, electric kettles, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery.
In addition, each of our guests has their own set of bed linen and a towel for the duration of their stay.

About 20 km from Zielone Wzgórze Lembargi is Brodnica, a charming town known as the "Gateway to Masuria" and the heart of the picturesque Brodnica Lake District, rich in unique monuments and architecture, with a unique triangular market square.
The immediate area is perfect for both hiking and cycling. Access to a small but charming and intimate beach is also available.
The area also includes a municipal beach, an observation tower, and a large recreation center with a restaurant, bowling alley, indoor swimming pool, and water equipment rental.
