Welcome to our renovated cottage.

Price-list:

150 PLN/day – room for 2-3 people

250 PLN/day room for 3-5 people

500 PLN/day - the entire cottage for your exclusive use (ideal option for a group of friends or family!) A total of 7-8 people can fit

fee for a dog or cat - PLN 30/day.

We have space for two campers, power hookups, and a graywater and waste disposal area. There's also a seating area under the trees. Price: 100 PLN/day/night.

We offer 2 rooms in a modern rustic style, each with a bathroom.

Idyllic Family Room (max 5 people). This room has a private bathroom with direct access from the room, a double bed, a single bed, and a fold-out sofa. It overlooks the yard with chickens, ducks, and running rabbits. There's a small bookcase and a secret toy chest for small children, but there's also something for adults. Very comfortable for 3 people, a bit tighter for 4 and 5.

Retro room with two sleeping spaces. A wooden, rustic bed. It was once a double bed. A couch, table with chairs, and a cabinet are also featured. Adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet. Comfortable for two, but still room for a small child.

We provide fresh linen, towels and soap in the bathrooms.

For the sake of our guests' relaxation and complete reset, we have completely abandoned Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen for two rooms only, a fenced parking lot, and a safe area for dogs and cats.

And outside the window? The most beautiful sight: our horses and cows, grazing together in complete companionship on shared meadows. Our horses are now in their well-deserved retirement, so instead of riding, they offer you their peace and soothing presence.

In front of the cottage, there's a barbecue area with a traditional fire. Wood can be purchased from the host for an additional fee.

You can play darts, relax under the linden and pear trees, and drink coffee at the table

The cottage leads straight out onto the endless meadows in the buffer zone of the Bolimów Forests, where our horses and a herd of cows graze.

Beautiful forests for mushroom picking, and in winter cross-country skiing trails

Black trail (bicycle): Radziejowice - "Dąbrowa Radziejowska" Forest - Międzyborów. Trail length: 10 km.

Blue trail - in the footsteps of Chełmoński (walking and cycling): Radziejowice - Adamów - Kuklówka Zarzeczna- Adamowizna - Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

* Park and palace complex with a Baroque palace from the beginning of the 17th century in Radziejowice

* Grzymek - a reservoir in the Dony on the Pisi River

* Kuklówka Zarzeczna - in the village there is a manor house and park complex from around 1880. The manor house was bought in 1889 by Józef Chełmoński.

Upon special request, we can bake sourdough bread straight from the kneading pan in a traditional bread oven, prepare white and yellow cheeses made with rennet, and butter. In season, we also offer tomatoes, cucumbers, and eggs from the nearby chickens. Orders must be placed at least two days before arrival. We do not prepare meals on-site. Guests have access to a shared kitchen for two rooms.

The facility is located among the forests of the Bolimów Landscape Park.

1 hour drive from Warsaw, 1.5 hours from Łódź

We guarantee peace and connection with nature. Roosters crow only in the mornings. The property is still a working farm, so there are always sounds of village rituals and machinery in the mornings and evenings.
