One bathroom has no shower, but there is an automatic washing machine, the entrance to the second bathroom is through a walk-through room that is not rented.

On the first floor there is a wardrobe, a bathroom, 3 triple rooms and 1 double room (the third person can sleep on a fold-out sofa).

There is a large, shared kitchen on the ground floor.

The building has air conditioning.
