We offer summer houses with kitchenettes and full bathrooms (zones A, B, C).

Zone "C" new wooden houses for 3, 4, 5, 5 - 8 people.

Zone A, B cottages for 2, 3, 4, 5 people after renovation.

During the July and August holidays (High Season) we accept reservations for a minimum of 5 nights.

Please note: A refundable deposit of PLN 1,000.00 is charged for a cottage in zones A, B, and C.

Additional fees:

- tourist tax PLN 3.46/person/day, in zones A and B we accept pets cat/dog for a fee of PLN 20.00/day, in zone C we accept pets cat/dog for a fee of PLN 40.00/day.

- Parking – one vehicle at the cottage – free of charge. A second vehicle at the cottage (car, trailer, quad, etc.) costs PLN 20 per day.

- The cottages have full kitchenettes and full bathrooms. The cottage also has a flat-screen TV with terrestrial TV access.

* Holiday cottages also intended for long-term rental in the summer season - 15/04-31/10 (zone B): rent and lease terms to be agreed with the Resort Manager.

* 1 house "Kosmos" - intended for short-term rental, especially for summer camps, each house can accommodate 26 people (multi-person rooms, bathrooms in the corridor), accommodation price PLN 60-70/person/day.
The "Kosmos" houses can also be used to organize special events or team-building activities; one of the houses has a spacious room with a dance hall, a kitchen and a cloakroom.

The stay begins at 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

At the end of your stay, for bookings longer than 2 nights, you will be charged for electricity based on actual consumption.

At the Kormoran Niesulice Recreation Center, everyone will find a cottage tailored to their needs.

There are year-round cottages available, perfect for any season, as well as comfortable, fully equipped seasonal cottages.

We also offer cottages adapted for people with disabilities, ensuring comfort and freedom during your stay.

All cottages are located in an area surrounded by nature, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Niesłysz, which creates ideal conditions for a peaceful holiday.

WE OFFER:

Wooden summer houses in zones A and B with terraces (some houses are insulated with heating and air conditioning).

Holiday cottages in zone C: some are two-story (heated, air-conditioned) with terraces (some cottages with a view of the lake).

The terraces of the houses have gates to prevent children or dogs from leaving.

The cottages have a full bathroom, an equipped kitchenette, a TV (terrestrial TV), and a set of bed linen.

The 4-person cottages have one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The 2- and 3-person holiday cottages consist of one bedroom with a kitchenette and a separate room with a bathroom, we also have 3-person cottages with a separate bedroom.

Cottages for 5-8 people (two-story), on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (toilet and washbasin), on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a full bathroom.

We would like to inform you that our recreation center is open all year round!

- Reservations in the High Season (holiday period) are made for a minimum stay of 5 nights.

- Reservations for up to five nights in high season (we fill in any gaps between existing reservations) can be made by e-mail or telephone.

- Reservations for the May and Corpus Christi weekends are made for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

We offer laundry and drying facilities in one of the outbuildings for guests to use for a fee.

There is a private beach (sand and grass), supervised by lifeguards during the month (July-August), and there is also a designated area for bathing animals.

On-site facilities include: parking, water equipment rental (kayaks, pedal boats and tourist bikes, rowing boats - fishing, Omega sailboats and the Sasanka yacht).

The property also includes: a grocery store, barbecue facilities (designated areas), a bonfire area, free-standing barbecues on the beach, a dining room, a bar, and a cafe.

We organize training and sailing improvement/practical training - this is not a sailing course, but rather a refresher of knowledge.

Windsurfing or SUP boards for everyone in the form of individual lessons, as well as cruises on Omega sailboats and the Sasanka yacht with our Bosman.

Sports and conference room available.

We are excellent at organizing: team-building events, family events, sports groups, etc. By prior arrangement.

The swimming area is supervised by lifeguards in July and August.
