On the day of arrival, guests pay a refundable deposit of PLN 2,000 to cover any damage (the deposit is returned on the day of departure).
The condition for accepting the reservation is to pay a 20% deposit. When resigning from the rental, the deposit is not returned.

On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a beautiful view of the lake panorama.
Guests can use two bathrooms. The first one on the ground floor is equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet.
The second one is located on the first floor (shower, sink, toilet).
We offer 3 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs that can accommodate 8 people.

On the ground floor there is a sofa bed for two people.

For active people, we have an electric boat, kayaks, sup and off-road bikes at our disposal.
In 15 minutes by canoe you will reach the town of Swobodna - our local "resort".
We have a beach volleyball court, pedal boats, kayaks, Sups, a great beach, a shop with hot dogs and ice cream.
Canoeing trips on the Łyna River are organized in the area.

The house is picturesquely situated in a beautiful and quiet area right on the shore of the lake, own pier.
