We offer 2 types of rooms to choose from:

- Rooms with bathrooms and kitchenettes

- Rooms without private bathrooms (communal bathrooms and kitchenettes are available)

PRICE LIST (prices include 8% VAT)

We rent rooms exclusively - no strangers will be accommodated in the room.

Option 1) Rooms without private bathrooms. Shared bathrooms are located near the rooms and are cleaned daily. These are not communal bathrooms, but regular home bathrooms. Shared kitchenettes are also available.

Single rooms: PLN 80 per night

Rooms for 2 people: PLN 55 - 60 per person per night depending on the length of stay

Rooms for 3-4 people: PLN 50-55 per person per night depending on the number of people and length of stay

Option 2) Rooms with bathrooms and kitchenettes

Single rooms: PLN 120 per night

Rooms for 2 people: PLN 80 per person per night

Rooms for 3-4 people: PLN 60-70 per person per night depending on the number of people and length of stay

Room for 5-7 people: PLN 50-60 per person per night depending on the number of people and length of stay

We do not organize evening parties or events. We do not rent rooms for parties or events. Nighttime quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.

Extending the hotel stay on the day of departure (if there is no reservation for a given room) from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. costs PLN 30/person, and from 2:00 p.m. the equivalent of another night.

If you shorten your stay, we will refund the difference taking into account the actual length of your stay.

Cash payment is accepted in advance for the entire stay or part of the stay (negotiated). Advance bank transfers are also possible, to be made no later than the second day of your stay. We can send invoices for bank transfers via email. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your stay.

Arrival times must be arranged, and if you don't arrive within that time, your reservation will be canceled. To avoid this, please call us and let us know you'll be arriving at a different time than planned.

- Rooms are rented exclusively. No strangers will be accommodated in the room.

- Kitchenettes are equipped with kettles, induction or gas stovetops, and microwaves. Pots and pans are provided. Each room is equipped with plates, cutlery, and cups.

- Some rooms have refrigerators, and some have access to a refrigerator in the hallway with designated shelves for that room.

- The beds are single (can be joined together on request).

- Each room has a TV (over 30 channels). There's internet access and Wi-Fi.

There is a large, free car park on site.

For the active guest: sauna, paintball, golf shooting range.

5 km from Lubin, 2 km from road no. 36 and 8 km from S3.
