There are three rooms in the KAROLINKA I house, each room for 3 people. One room is on the ground floor - a double bed and two single beds, two rooms are on the first floor - each room has 3 single beds.

On the ground floor of the KAROLINKA I house there is also a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom.

In the KAROLINKA II house (studio) there are two rooms, each for 4 people - in one room there is a double bed and two single beds and in the other room there are 4 single beds, a living room with a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom, and two balconies.

We make sure that your stay in our cottage is as comfortable as possible and that our guests have nice memories of the time spent with us.
We offer 9 beds in three triple rooms. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a fireplace, a bathroom and one room. There are two rooms on the first floor. We provide access to wireless Internet and cable TV.


Karolinka II house - two large bedrooms (each 16 m2), each with a double bed and two single beds, a table, a wardrobe, a living room with a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The total area is 90 m2. The house is comfortable, bright, spacious and nicely decorated. It is intended for 8 people.

From the windows of the KAROLINKA I and KAROLINKA II cottages there is a view of the surrounding mountains covered with forests. Each season in this region offers a different experience, which makes the mountains attractive to tourists all year round.

On-site parking.

Also on the premises: garden gazebo, barbecue area, bonfire place.

Pets accepted. Price for a dog: PLN 20/day, for a cat: PLN 10/day.

For children: trampoline, garden swimming pool

For active people: table football, table tennis - ping-pong, swimming pool, volleyball and badminton courts.

There are two gazebos with a barbecue and a bonfire at guests' disposal

Tourist attractions: architectural monuments, castle, miniature park, nature monuments.

For the active guest: ski lifts and slopes, cross country skiing, cycle lanes, hiking trails.

Nearest restaurants: Zajazd MaGrNi, Hotel Lubawia, Pizzeria Rico.

The facility is located in the quiet surroundings, beside the wood.
