Rules of stay at Agrotourism Karkonoska Chatka
1. Hotel stay begins at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.
2. The owners will provide you with all necessary assistance.
3. When arriving at our place, you must bring a valid identity document (personal ID) and present it to the host when completing the formalities related to your stay. The payment for the stay is collected on the day of your arrival, according to the agreed date. Children pay the full rate. In the event of early departure, for reasons beyond our control, the payment for the entire stay agreed in advance does not change.
4. Please maintain silence at night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., except for special events previously agreed with the hosts.
5. We provide you with free, unguarded parking. The owner of the agritourism is not responsible for the car left behind or the property inside it.
6. If the number of guests is higher than previously agreed, the hosts have the right to:
- refuse to accept additional persons,
- withdrawal from the contract due to the fault of the tourist.
7. Guests may not, without the consent of the hosts, accept additional persons for overnight stay or daily stay on the farm, treating them as their own guests.
8. The hosts have the right to terminate the stay of persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving noisily and aggressively, with no refund of the stay fee.
9. Hosts are not responsible for the property of Guests. Guests staying at the agritourism farm have at their disposal a key with a remote control to the entrance gate, to the occupied room, cottage, which they are obliged to return before leaving. Losing the key results in the obligation to pay a fee of PLN 100 (the cost of replacing the door lock and the gate remote control).
10. Guests are liable for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices caused by their actions or the actions of people they are responsible for (e.g. children). Damage should be reported to the host. We reserve the right to seek full compensation (including lost profits) for damage caused after the end of the stay based on the provisions of applicable law.
11. For safety reasons, smoking is prohibited throughout the facility (especially in rooms and bathrooms), except in designated areas, and the use of pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited.
12. During their stay, Guests are responsible for maintaining order in the rooms they occupy. Excessive contamination of the rooms will result in additional fees. The amount of the fees depends on the type and scale of contamination (e.g. the need to wash carpets and mattresses).
13. It is possible to bring your dog after prior arrangement with the hosts. At the same time, it is forbidden to leave animals alone on the premises. Owners are obliged to clean up after their four-legged friends.
14. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the stay of children and minors. Children may only use the playground and swimming pool under adult supervision.
15. Guests leaving the room are obliged to leave it in the same condition in which it was handed over to them.
16. Guests using the services of Agroturystyka Karkonoska Chatka undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety and fire safety regulations and, in exceptional situations, to comply with the hosts’ requests.
17. By paying a deposit, Guests also declare that they have read the regulations of the stay at the Karkonoska Chatka agritourism farm and accept them in their entirety. The regulations are available on the agritourism website.
18. In the event of cancellation of a booked stay or later arrival/early departure, fees are non-refundable.

In our offer parking lot in front of each bungalow.

Apartment consists of: 2 rooms, kitchenette, bathroom.
