Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of an advance payment of 30% of the total amount agreed for the stay.

The remaining payment for the stay is due on the day of arrival.

The stay lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Fee for a tub: 2-hour use - PLN 200.

For a week's stay: - 1 2-hour session in the hot tub with hydromassage for free, for a 2-week stay - 2 2-hour sessions for free.

A comfortable year-round cottage made of natural stone and wood.

The house has a mezzanine, bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom.

There is a cozy double bed on the mezzanine.

The ground floor bedroom has two single beds.

In the living room: a goat stove, a sofa bed, a TV.

In the kitchenette: fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.

The bathroom is equipped with: shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The cottage has Wi-Fi internet access, bed linen, and towels.

In front of the house there is a large terrace and a hot tub with hydromassage.

Next to the cottage there is a monitored parking lot for 2-3 cars.

There is a possibility of grilling.

We accept pets.

We provide a playground with a playhouse, sandbox, swing, slide, trampoline and badminton set.

Right next to the facility, you can go sledding and sliding on the hill in the winter, as well as walks, hiking or cycling trips among the beautiful nature surrounding us.

We are an ideal base for exploring the Bieszczady Mountains. We recommend attractions such as the Knieja Nature and Hunting Museum, Bobrowe and Duszatyńskie Lakes, the Gołoborze reserve, viewing terraces on Mount Sobień and Korbania, Kamień Leski, Bieszczady Bicycle Trolleys in Uherce, kayaking, the Bieszczady Ciuchcia narrow-gauge railway in Majdan, the menagerie in Liszna, the swimming pool in LEsko, ski lifts, and a ranch.
