The prices quoted (net) are for stays longer than three nights. Prices for stays shorter than three nights, as well as weekends, long weekends, and holidays, are negotiated individually. A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.
In the event of early check-out, accommodation costs are charged according to the booked nights and the number of guests. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day. Failure to check-out by the specified time will result in an additional night's stay. Children under 8 years of age pay 50% of the fee, and those over 8 years of age pay the full fee. The deposit is non-refundable.
