Cottage prices depend on season, number of people and length of stay.

The price includes: use of the hot tub and jacuzzi, Internet access, bed linen, parking space, costs of water and central heating, wood for the fireplace and waste and sewage removal.

Towels, cleaning and linen change available on request for an additional fee.

Pet fee - PLN 30/day.

Sauna - fee for the electricity used by the heater according to consumption 2 PLN/kWh.

On the day of arrival we collect a refundable deposit - PLN 500/couple and PLN 1000/group.

The day starts at 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

Comfortable rooms in the Stanica house. All with bathrooms. The house has a large kitchen with a dining room fully equipped. Each room has a fridge, kettle, TV, wifi.

Stanica - up to 17 people - a year-round house consisting of 5 large bedrooms (two 3-person, three 2-person) with bathrooms, TV and fridges, a separate 5-person apartment, a living room with a fireplace (60 m2) combined with a dining room and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishes, pots).

Fisherman's House - up to 8 people - a year-round summer house consists of 1 3-person room (double bed, single bed), 1 4-person room (double bed, 2 single beds), a living room with a fireplace and a fold-out cornea, a large dining room with kitchen (microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob, dishes, pots), bathroom with shower, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, covered terrace with garden furniture.

Colorful Cottages - 4 year-round cottages for up to 6 people (Green, Blue, Brown, Ginger) - each cottage has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette (electric hob, kettle, microwave, dishes, pots). Each cottage has a TV, a place to relax, a small patio with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. For an additional fee, it is possible to accommodate 1-2 people sleeping on a fold-out sofa.

We provide free internet access.

We organize outdoor occasional events such as weddings, baptisms, communions and integration events.

We can organize canoeing trips, local trips, bicycle rides, boat trips, motor hang glider flights for you.

We have 2 piers and our own beach by the lake, a spacious shelter with a grill and places to sit, a playground for children, a hammock, a volleyball court, a place for a bonfire and two tubs with hydromassage. A children's pool is available in summer. We have the possibility of fishing.

We offer the possibility of renting kayaks, boats with an electric motor, pedal boats and off-road bikes.

Attractions in Masuria: Augustów Canal, Wild Animals Park Kadzidłowo, Wigry National Park, Biebrza National Park, "Wilczy Szaniec", Bridge in Stańczyki, Pyramid in Rapa, Talki Golf, kayaking on the Krutynia River, hiking, cycling and water trails.

Our houses are located directly on Lake Lipiński, covered by the silence zone, in the Natura 2000 area.

Our plot of 1.1 ha is located about 12 km from Ełk, surrounded by forests.
