After making arrangements by phone or e-mail, we ask for an advance payment of PLN 300.

Additional person in the apartment 80 PLN/day.

With its form and shape of architectural details, the building refers to the traditional regional construction of the Vistula Spit and Żuławy.
The facility is secured with 24-hour monitoring, fenced, illuminated. The land was developed by creating walking paths, a recreation area, benches and a barbecue area. Lawns, flowerbeds and trees in the garden allow you to relax among the greenery, and the location of the building by the forest ensures freedom and a sense of intimacy.

Free of charge in the price of your stay we provide:

The facility is located on a plot of 2312 m2. Attractive location:
- quiet, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by the Vistula Spit Landscape Park,
- on the Baltic Sea (Gdańsk Bay) from the north and the Vistula Lagoon from the south,
- beautiful, sandy beach - approx. 10 minutes walk,
- a unique view of the Vistula Lagoon and the forest directly from the windows,
- near the yacht port and the sea fishing base in Krynica Morska and the Kąty Rybackie Nature Reserve.

- at a distance of about 1 km from the facility, there is the Przekop of the Vistula Spit along with the Nowy Świat Port

- the R10 forest bicycle path is located near the Villa (leads from Mikoszewo to Piaski behind Krynica Morska)
