The price depends on the number of people and the date of stay.

During holidays and weekends, the minimum stay is 5 days, and on holidays, New Year's Eve and long weekends, the minimum stay is 3 days.

Additional fee for stay for 1 day (Sunday-Friday, 2-4 people) - PLN 700/day.

Surcharge for an additional person (Sunday-Friday) - PLN 25/day.

The pet fee is PLN 100/stay, free of charge when booking for a minimum of 5 days.

Use of the sauna PLN 150/session (up to 3 hours), bike rental PLN 30/day, kayak rental PLN 70/day.

Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit of 30% of the total amount for the stay.

We issue VAT invoices. Please let us know when making your reservation.

The stay begins at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.

Each cottage is designed for a maximum of 6 people.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms (one of them on the mezzanine), a living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace.

The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The living room has a fold-out sofa that can sleep two people and a coffee table.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, dishes and cutlery, basic spices, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and a dining table for 6 people. We have treated tap water at home.

Bathroom with shower and toilet.

At the entrance there is space for jackets and shoes.

Wooden terrace and mezzanine with a picturesque view of the lake.

Equipped with: Wi-Fi Internet, bed linen, towels, hygiene products.

The house has electric underfloor heating, a fireplace and an air conditioner.

Smoking and organizing events are prohibited.

Sun loungers are available on the terrace.

On the plot there is a place for a bonfire and a barbecue with a covered grill gazebo, tables and benches.

We provide free parking.

The facility area is fenced.

Pets are welcome in one of our houses.

At the houses, there are steps down to the water's edge - a good place for anglers, people who want to cool down after a sauna, or go swimming in the winter.

At guests' disposal: sauna, bicycles, kayaks, board games, yoga mats.

For children: playground with sandbox, trampoline, football goals, explorer's box.

There are many places in the area where you can walk, explore wild areas, watch birds or ride a bike.

We also recommend water sports, horse riding, hiking in the forests and visiting charming places in Roztocze.

Possibility to buy local products at nearby farms.

The facility is located next to the Nielisz reservoir on the "Island" in Kulikowo, surrounded by a forest.

A perfect place for people who want to relax in contact with nature.
