We rent holiday cottages seasonally from June 25 to August 31.
Check-in time is from 1 p.m. to 10 a.m.

No resort fee.

When booking, we charge a minimum of 25% deposit, but not less than a deposit for 1 day.

From August 18th we are offering a 10% discount.

Wooden houses max. 5 and 6-person, two-level. On the second level in several houses there are 3-person rooms, and in several there are slopes, so this level is only for sleeping. All attics are equipped with comfortable wooden pine beds.
In the little house:
ground floor: bedroom for 3 people (3 single pine beds), table, chairs, openwork shelf,
sloping attic: 2 single beds, large attic: 3 single beds.
In the larger house there is an additional entrance room with a table.
In the kitchenettes: sink, two-burner gas stove, small refrigerator, basic cooking equipment (cups, plates, pots).
In some of the cottages there are sanitary annexes with a toilet and sink, and in several fully equipped bathrooms with shower cabins. The cottages are not heated.

In front of each cottage there is a roofed gazebo with a stone grill, a hammock and a wooden table.

We only accept small dogs after prior arrangement during the reservation (no fee)

At guests' disposal: TV room, common room, internet access, each cottage has an assigned shower in a detached building for their own use during their stay.
On the premises: parking for passenger cars, place for a traditional scout bonfire with wood available.
Each house has a stone barbecue, a covered veranda and a table with benches.

For the active, fitness bikes.
Nearby there are wooded areas for walking, outside the centre there are tennis courts, a sports field, and a reservoir (Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre).
For children: slide, sandbox, swings, trampoline, playground, pond.
The facility also has a 3-meter children's swimming pool and a 4-meter swimming pool for adults.
There are two covered gazebos on the premises.

For active people: a river 50 m away and the municipal swimming pool "ZALEW" 100 m away. Nearby there are green areas from 1 to 3 km.
Opposite the centre, behind the fence, there is a sports field where matches are played, and the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre ZALEW (an artificial reservoir) with tennis courts, boats, kayaks, bicycles and a playground for playing football.

Fishing is possible at the RESERVOIR (for a fee)

Kitchenettes with equipment in the houses.
On the Łapanów market, 900 meters away, there is a pizzeria and a bar, many grocery stores, Biedronka, Spar, two confectioneries.

In the vicinity: forest, river, reservoir.

Our advantages: excellent location.

We invite: individual guests, families with children.

We do not accept reservations for stag, hen or 18th birthday parties.

We prefer stays of at least 4 days, shorter stays if there are available nights.
