Prices depend on the date, length of stay and number of people.

In high season, the minimum stay is 7 days. Outside the period of winter holidays and holidays, it is possible to rent a house for a period shorter than a week (minimum 3 days)

Additionally payable: electricity and water according to meter readings, use of the sauna, final cleaning PLN 150, refundable deposit PLN 500.

Day of stay: from 15.00-11.00.

On the ground floor:

- a living room with a fireplace (TV / stereo) and access to the garden terrace.

On the floor

- a bedroom with a terrace and two sofa beds,

- a bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot,

- a room with two single beds

- a bay window with a comfortable mattress, a favorite playground for children.

We offer a 10-person, spacious and comfortably furnished house.

Filipówka is open all year round, heated by a fireplace with a water jacket (central heating), we also use solar energy (photovoltaics).

The house is fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen has an electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, a complete set of dishes, cutlery and pots.

In the bathroom there is a shower with a rain shower head and a paddling pool, two washbasins, a bidet, a Finnish and infrared sauna, a toilet and a urinal, and a toilet with a washing machine and a washbasin upstairs.

In the fireplace lounge there is a TV and good music equipment.

The house is also equipped with two mountain bikes and a bicycle seat for a child, board games, rackets and a badminton net, a playground for children, a swimming pool, toys, a travel cot, a baby bath, a potty.

Filipówka is a stylish and comfortably furnished facility. Ideal for lovers of rural climates, quiet places, empty mountain trails and beautiful views.

On a completely fenced plot there is a large beautiful garden with a wooden gazebo and a playground for children.

Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace, which is partly covered by a garden tent.

In the spacious garden with well-maintained vegetation and a shallow stream, there is also a place for a barbecue and a bonfire.

There is a Finnish and infrared sauna at guests' disposal.

In the house there is a play area for children with toys, board games, books and video cartoons. There is also a TV channel for children.

The garden has a playground with a sandpit and toys.

The Middle Sudety Gate is one of the most interesting tourist spots in Lower Silesia. All attractive places are within 10-60 minutes by car (Ksiaz Castle, Bolków Castle, Chojnik Castle, Chełmsko Śląskie, Krzeszów, Colorful Lakes Reserve, Głazy Dwarfs in Gorzeszów, Underground City of Osówka, Valley of Palaces of the Jeleniogórska Valley, Sztony in Kowary, The Rock City of Adrspach and Teplice, Karpacz and Wang Church and many more.

The area of Niedamirów has beautiful bicycle routes running along the Polish-Czech border.

Cross-country and downhill skiing can be practiced in the vicinity of the village. The nearest ski slopes on the Czech side: Zacler, Velka and Mala Upa, Mlade Buki, Janskie Łazne, Pec pod Śnieżką, on the Polish side Lubawka, Czarnów, Karpacz. A cross-country skiing trail runs through the village, prepared by groomers.

Niedamirów is located in the buffer zone of the Karkonosze National Park. The routes are perfectly prepared, well marked, with beautiful views and not crowded. From here you can easily go up the Karkonosze Mountains, the Czech Rychory Mountains, and for experienced walkers we recommend a trip to the Okraj Pass and Śnieżka.

In the summer, you can enjoy the attractions of the Bukówka Reservoir, located 6 km from the cottage.

The facility is located at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains, in the picturesque village of Niedamirów, in a secluded place, surrounded by greenery.
