Double rooms in the guesthouse with bathroom: PLN 180 per day.
Four-person cottages (max. 6 people): PLN 350 per night for 4 people.
Eight-person cottage: PLN 700 per night.
Boat rental: PLN 30 per day.
Water bikes and kayaks available to guests (no fees charged).
License for the SUPER FISHING WARD on Lake BOKSZE only for guests staying overnight in our accommodations:
* 1 day - PLN 50,
* 1 week - 200 PLN,
* 2 weeks - 300 PLN.

Luxurious 4 and 8-person year-round cottage located in Boksze Osada (near Smolany, Sejny, Suwałki) on Lake Boksze. The wooden cottage has two twin parts with separate entrances (4 people max. 6 people on one side). Comfortably equipped parts consist of: two 2-person rooms (beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, complete bedding) and a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, mirror, towels) upstairs and a lounge with a kitchenette on the ground floor (sink, stove, 3-person sofa bed, TV, fridge, table, bar, kitchen cabinets, cutlery, dishes, etc.). There is a terrace and a large table with benches by the cottage. On the terrace there are 2 grills and tables and benches.

We have a newly completed cottage for 8 max. 12 people. The cottage consists of: first floor - 4 double rooms (2 rooms with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds) and a bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), ground floor - kitchen and a spacious living room with TV and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). From the cottage there is an exit to the terrace where there is a grill. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable rest.

Free parking spaces. At guests disposal: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen.
Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available on the premises of the guesthouse.
On the property: terrace, barbecue area, four piers with benches and a spacious pier, also with benches and tables, large sandy beach, boats, water bike, kayaks, swings, hammocks, playground for children (swing, slide, playhouse and trampoline), fireplace among the trees, volleyball court.

We perfectly organize occasional parties, conferences, bonfires with roasted boar.

For the interested we organize sleigh rides.

We organize outdoor events for 50 persons.

Nearby there is a private, sandy beach (about 400 m of shoreline) and four wooden piers with seating and a large pier with tables and benches only for our guests. There are trees by the lake where you can light a bonfire or grill, relax on a swing or stretch your tired legs on one of the hammocks. For children there is a sandbox, playground, children's house and trampoline. We have a volleyball court.
There is also a possibility of renting water equipment (water bike, 2 kayaks), as well as buying a fishing license for SUPER ŁOWISKO LAKE BOKSZE. More information on our website.

For the active guest: hiking trails, cycle lanes, possibility of mushroom picking, possibility of fishing, canoeing trips.

We serve our guests primarily hunting cuisine, due to the fact that the host is a passionate hunter who devotes himself willingly to his passion. In addition, home cooking and regional cuisine are not alien to the palates of those who rest with us. We rely exclusively on natural, healthy products from local crops. Everyone gets up from the table full. We do not divide portions: we serve dishes on platters, which allows you to taste everything and in any quantity.
