We offer 1-, 2- and 3-person studio rooms - with bathrooms and kitchenettes, Wi-Fi, on-site parking for passenger cars and delivery vans, a covered place to relax and a smoking room for guests, good location of the facility, close to local industrial zones, on the route 455 Wrocław_Jelcz Laskowice - Oława.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is worth seeing the local natural values with a large swimming pond, wild forest complexes, vast meadows, clean ponds and the well-preserved Łacha Jelecka nature reserve.
The proximity of forests and ponds encourages walking and relaxing in the fresh air. Guests have at their disposal many walking paths leading to the most interesting places in the area and nearby towns. Tourists enjoy natural hiking, fishing and recreational areas. It is close to the ruins of a Renaissance knight's castle and other natural and anthropological attractions.

There are several restaurants in the area (pizzerias, bars and restaurants) offering a wide range of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) hot and cold. Meals can be consumed on site in the restaurants or ordered by phone directly to the rented apartment (at your own expense). Usually, the wait for a meal ordered in local restaurants does not last longer than 30-40 minutes. There are also several grocery stores located nearby.
Each "studio" room is equipped with a comfortable, fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a fridge, microwave and/or electric stove, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. In the kitchenette, guests can prepare their own basic, hot meals at any time they wish.

It is possible to order breakfast from 6:45 to 9:00 (for an additional fee, included in the price of accommodation). Breakfast price - PLN 25/piece. Breakfast is served in guest rooms. We offer two versions of breakfast: 1. sweet: crossaint with filling, coffee/tea and orange juice or 2. traditional sandwich with ham or vegetarian, coffee/tea, orange juice.
