The manor house, i.e. the Loft at Jan Jakub's, the apartment at Zofia's and Emil's - closed from mid-November to Christmas and from 3 Kings to mid-March - closed. During this period, we invite you to the Mansarda and the Cultural Cottage.

ATTENTION:
Confirmation of the reservation is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the stay.
Please pay the remaining fee no later than 14 days before arrival and send us the transfer confirmation.
Reservations made less than 14 days from the date of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

It is obligatory to purchase the final cleaning (one-time fee): At Zofia's - PLN 110, At Emil's - PLN 150, Loft - PLN 300, Mansarda - PLN 80, Cultural cottage - PLN 150

Pets are also welcome at Loft, Zofia, Emil and Chata - one-time fee of PLN 100. Half of the amount is donated to the Ciapek shelter for homeless animals in Hajnówka.

The smaller apartment, U Zofii, consists of: a bedroom, a transitional living room with a sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet.
The larger apartment, U Emila, consists of: 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet.
In the apartments: fridge, cooker, dishes, fireplace.
The luxurious loft in the attic has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, 2 mezzanines.

Mansarda, designed for 2 people, with bathroom, kitchen area and balcony.

Chata Kulturalna, for 4 people with a kitchen, a mezzanine, a toilet downstairs and a bathroom on the mezzanine.

On the premises: bike rental, parking lot.

Additionally on the premises: place for bonfire, place for grill, garden furniture, deckchairs.

The facility is fenced.

No smoking in the facility.
