We invite you to our 5 year-round holiday homes.
The houses are prepared for 6 people, each of them has an area of 74 m2.
On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.
Kitchenette: table with 6 chairs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, electric kettle, pots, pans, tableware, cutlery, glasses.
Living room: fold-out sofa, coffee table, armchairs, flat screen TV.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds and a sofa bed), a glazed sauna with a shower.
Each cottage has a large terrace with luxurious garden furniture.
The cottages are heated and have air conditioning.

The area around the houses is fenced and green, the distance to the forest and lake is only a few steps.
During the stay, it is possible to use all sports and recreational facilities:
- family kayaks for 3 people,
- pedal boats, off-road bikes,
- rowing boats, SUPs
- motorboats without qualifications and with permissions, water scooters
- yachts.

At Marina Nawigator, we offer spa treatments as well as face and body massages.

We recommend a unique conference and banquet room for approx. 60-80 people with modern audiovisual equipment. The conference and banquet room is completely glazed on three sides, which gives a panoramic view of Lake Tałty.
The training room is perfect for smaller groups.
Catering and coffee breaks are possible on site.

A private sauna is available in each house. Within the Marina Nawigator facility (approx. 150/200 meters from the holiday homes) there is a private beach for guests of the Marina Nawigator facility, as well as a yacht mooring pier and a recreational pier.

There is a water equipment and bicycle rental on the premises.

At the disposal of the guests of Marina Nawigator is an outdoor playground with a rope slide (approx. 150 meters from the holiday homes right on the lake).

For active people nearby: bicycle routes, including the Masurian Bicycle Loop right next to the promise, Tropicana indoor swimming pool approx. 8 km from the facility, horse riding in the saddle approx. 15 km from the facility, canoeing trips from 30 km from the facility

There is a restaurant in Marina Navigator, in the months of July-August it is open from 12.00 to 22.00. In the period May-June, September-October the restaurant is open from 1.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. from Mon to Thursday and from 12.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. from Friday to Sunday.

It is also possible to order breakfast in the facility from 9.00 to 11.00 for PLN 50 / person.

The facility is located in the quiet surroundings, near the forest, by the lake Tałty. It is approx. 10 km to the center of Mikołajki, approx. 18 km to the center of Mrągowo. The 1.2 km long part of the access road from Mikołajki has a gravel surface. From 2022, there is an asphalt bicycle path next to the facility, which is part of the Masurian Cycling Loop.
Access via picturesque alleys in the villages of Stare Sady or Jora Wielka.

There is a small shop nearby, open only in the summer.
