Price for renting a house: per day / PLN 400.

The day starts at 14:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day.

In order to confirm the reservation, please pay 30% of the advance payment within 3 days.

Please pay the remaining amount for your stay no later than 2 days before arrival: by transfer to the provided account number or by Blitz to the indicated telephone number.

Confirmation of payment of the fee should be sent to the e-mail address.

In the case of renting a cottage for the weekend, the reservation must include 2 full days - from Friday to Sunday.

Arrival with dogs is possible after prior notification, for an additional fee of PLN 20 / day.

The keys to the house are brought and collected by the owner of the facility, who is available to help in case of additional questions.

Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Please keep the house tidy ;)

The cottage on Wiarem is made of brick and decorated with lots of wood. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a fireplace, a large, comfortable corner sofa and a coffee table, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Hot water from an electric boiler. Two bedrooms on the first floor. In one of them there is a double bed and a fold-out sofa, in the other there is a double bed, a single sofa and a balcony with a view of the forests and meadows. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and washing machine.

Domek nad Wiarem is a charming place located in the village of Huwniki, on the Wiar River, in the Bieszczady Mountains.

The cottage and its unique atmosphere are a great choice for a casual holiday, it can be a base for a trip to the Bieszczady Mountains starting here. Silence, peace and the overwhelmingly beautiful Bieszczady nature are the undoubted advantages of resting in our cottage.

The location of our house provides excellent conditions for a healthy holiday in the bosom of nature.

The plot has access to the Wiar River and a view of the geological phenomenon of the Carpathian flysch.

There are two small local shops in Huwniki, and nearby Huwniki there is the town of Fredropol (8.5 km), with a Biedronka, a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy.

Next to the house there is a large shed with a table, benches, a stone oven for baking pizza, a grill and a wood storage. By the river there is a gazebo with a hearth for a bonfire.
