The price depends on the date of stay and is 400-500 PLN/day.
A deposit of 30% of the stay is a confirmation of the reservation. Full settlement no later than on the day of arrival.
The day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM. After telephone arrangement, it is possible to change the arrival time.

The cottage is located at the end of a quiet village, away from the hustle and bustle, in close proximity to the forest in the Masurian Landscape Park in the area of the Krutynia River and the lakes Kierwik, Uplik, Zdróżno, which abound in fish.

The large plot allows you to relax on site, among the trees and sounds of nature. It is an ideal place for relaxation, an active holiday or exploring the charms of nature. For lovers of active recreation, we recommend cycling routes, walking routes, horse riding and kayaking (there is a kayak rental next door). In autumn, you can go to the nearby forest to pick mushrooms.

In the evenings you can spend time pleasantly by the fire burning in the fireplace.

Cars can be parked on the fenced property.

Adjacent to the house is a large covered terrace equipped with garden furniture.

A charcoal grill is available to guests.

In the period June - August we prefer minimum weekly rentals.

Maximum number of beds: 8.

We accept pets.

5 minutes walk to Lake Zdróżno, where you can swim or fish.

The surrounding forest is recommended for mushroom picking fans.

For lovers of active recreation, we recommend picturesque cycling and walking routes, horse riding and kayaking (there is a kayak rental nearby).

In Spychowo there is a Rope Park - a great attraction for the youngest.

At a distance of about 15 km, in Ruciane-Nida there is a port from which you can take a boat trip on the Great Masurian Lakes. In addition, you can visit the Old Believers' monastery in Wojnów, the Pranie Forester's Lodge, the reserve of over two hundred years old pines - "Królewskie Pine", the Wild Animal Park in Kadzidłowo, the Galindia Open-Air Museum, the Forest Museum in Spychów.

It is worth visiting the Wolf's Lair to see Adolf Hitler's headquarters.

We also recommend the Sanctuary in Święta Lipka.

Just a few kilometres from Koczek there is an old church monastery in Wojnowo, a wooden belfry in Ukta, a forester's lodge Pranie, the Wild Animal Park in Kadzidłowo, an educational trail in the Pupy Reserve.
