Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m., individual arrangements with the hosts are possible.
The minimum stay is 4 days.
The condition of the reservation is a payment of 20% of the cost of the stay plus a deposit of PLN 500. The deposit is returned on the day of the guests' departure, after checking the condition of the cottage.

May Day (26.04-05.05.2024); Corpus Christi (30.05-02.06.2024); vacation (21.06-01.09.2024) - price up to 4 people PLN 420 - first four days, from the fifth day up to 4 people PLN 380, each additional person PLN 90

- other months - price up to 4 people PLN 350 - first four days, from the fifth day up to 4 people PLN 320, each additional person PLN 60

Conditions of stay:
* on the day of departure the house must be cleaned up,
* you can bring your pets, but they cannot sleep in the bed, and guests are required to clean the area of the plot from their droppings,
* the price for the services provided does not include insurance, the facility is not responsible for any injuries, damages, thefts or destruction of property during the entire stay.

Rooms adapted to the disabled, wide doors. We provide bed linen and towels for all guests.

We have a Dutch house after a complete facelift. The cottage has: 2 bedrooms (one with TV), an equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, electric cooker, toaster, microwave oven), bathroom, living room with TV, sofa and double bed and a terrace of 30 m2. The cottage is adapted for people with disabilities, has an appropriate driveway, wide entrances to the rooms and a wide corridor.

At guests' disposal: a 24-hour boat, a place for a bonfire, a grill and the possibility of using bicycles (by prior arrangement). On the plot - a trampoline, a garden swing, a hammock, swings for children, goals for playing football, badminton, deckchairs, chairs. In the house: games for children, painting books, skipping ropes, blocks, etc.
Smoking is prohibited in the cottage.

The cottage is located on an 8-are, fenced plot exclusively for guests. The plot fence is additionally secured with a net.

We do not charge for pets

The property provides free parking space.

On the plot there is a trampoline, children's swings, a garden swing, football goals, badminton, blocks and games for children.
There is a boat available to guests 24/7. Bicycles are available for use upon prior arrangement.

No pet fees.

Sunny Beach is 1 km away, where there is a restaurant, a guarded beach, and a sports equipment rental: bicycles, kayaks, boats, water bikes, etc.

5 km from our cottage - Biskupiec: restaurants, home-made dinners, pizza, kebab, etc.

The cottage is located on a fenced plot of 8 ares for individual use of guests, just 50 m from Lake Dadaj. The plot fence is additionally secured with a net. Tall arborvitaes provide privacy.
The nearest shops (Biedronka, Polo, Tesco, Karuzela shopping centre, comprising various chain stores) are located in Biskupiec, approx. 5 km from the cottage.
