The stay day is from 15.00 to 11.00, it is possible to make individual arrangements with the hosts.
The minimum stay is 4 days.
The condition of the reservation is a payment of 20% of the cost of the stay plus a deposit of PLN 500. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, after checking the condition of the house.

May weekend (April 28-May 3, 2023); Corpus Christi (June 7-June 11, 2023); holidays (23.06-31.08.2023) - price up to 4 people PLN 420 - the first four days, from the fifth day up to 4 people PLN 380, each additional person PLN 80

- other months - price up to 4 people PLN 350 - the first four days, from the fifth day up to 4 people PLN 320, each additional person PLN 50

Conditions of the stay:
* on the day of departure, the house must be cleaned up,
* you can come with animals, but they cannot sleep in a bed, and guests are obliged to clean the plot of their excrements,
* the price for the services provided does not include insurance, during the entire stay the facility is not responsible for injuries, damage, theft and property damage.

Rooms adapted to the disabled, wide doors. We provide bed linen and towels for all guests.

We have a Dutch house after a complete facelift. The cottage has: 2 bedrooms (one with TV), an equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, electric cooker, toaster, microwave oven), bathroom, living room with TV, sofa and double bed and a terrace of 30 m2. The cottage is adapted for people with disabilities, has an appropriate driveway, wide entrances to the rooms and a wide corridor.

At guests' disposal: a boat 24h a day, a place for a bonfire, a grill and the possibility of using bicycles (upon prior arrangement). On the plot - trampoline, garden swing, hammock, swings for children, football goals, badminton, darts, deckchairs, chairs. In the cottage: games for children, painting books, skipping ropes, blocks, etc.
Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.

The house is located on an 8-acre, fenced plot. The fence of the plot is additionally secured with a net.

The property provides a free parking space.

On the plot there is a trampoline, swings for children, a garden swing, football goals, darts, badminton, blocks and games for children.
A boat is at guests' disposal 24/7. Bicycles available by prior arrangement.

For the active guest: water equipment, touring bikes.

5 km from our cottage - Biskupiec: restaurants, home-made dinners, pizza, kebab, etc.

The cottage is situated on a fenced plot of 8 ares, just 50 meters from the Dadaj lake. The plot's fence is additionally secured with a net.
The nearest shops (Biedronka, Polo, Tesco) are located in Biskupiec, approx. 5 km from the house.

50 m to the Dadaj lake. The entire area is fenced, at the individual disposal of guests. The guests themselves are on the site and on the premises, without any strangers
