Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m., individual arrangements with the hosts are possible.
The minimum stay is 4 days.
Reservations require a 20% deposit plus a 500 PLN security deposit. The deposit is refundable upon departure, after the cottage has been inspected.

Stays longer than 7 days - prices are determined individually

May Day (25/04-04/05/2025); Corpus Christi (13-22/06/2025); summer holidays (27/06-31/08/2025) - price for up to 4 people PLN 420 - first four days, from the fifth day up to 4 people PLN 380, each additional person PLN 90

- remaining months - price up to 4 people PLN 350 - first four days, from the fifth day up to 4 people PLN 320, each additional person PLN 60

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Small dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

Conditions of stay:
* on the day of departure the house must be cleaned up after itself,
* you can bring pets, but they cannot sleep in the bed, and guests are obliged to clean the area of the plot from their excrements,
* the price for the services provided does not include insurance, the facility is not liable for any injuries, damages, thefts or destruction of property during the entire stay.

Rooms adapted to the disabled, wide doors. We provide bed linen and towels for all guests.

Dutch-type cottage. The cottage has: 2 bedrooms (one with TV), equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, electric cooker, toaster, microwave), bathroom, living room with TV, sofa and double bed and a 30 m2 terrace. The cottage is adapted for people with disabilities, has an appropriate ramp and wide entrances to the rooms and a wide corridor.

At guests' disposal: a fireplace, barbecue and the possibility of using bicycles (by prior arrangement).

On the plot - trampoline, garden swing, hammock, swings for children, football goals, badminton, deckchairs, chairs. In the house: children's games, coloring books, skipping ropes, blocks, etc.
Smoking is prohibited in the cottage.

The cottage is located on an 8-are, fenced plot exclusively for guests. The plot fence is additionally secured with a net.

We do not charge for pets

The property provides free parking space.

On the plot there is a trampoline, children's swings, a garden swing, football goals, badminton, blocks and games for children.
Bicycles are available for guests' use by prior arrangement.

No fees for small pets.

Sunny Beach is 1 km away, where there is a restaurant, a guarded beach, and a sports equipment rental: bicycles, kayaks, boats, water bikes, etc.

5 km from our house - Biskupiec: restaurants, chain stores, home-cooked meals, catering outlets, pizza, kebab, etc.

Cottage located in a beautiful area on Lake Dadaj. The nearest accessible lake shore, entrance to the beach are located 1 km from our cottage. Sunny Beach with a restaurant, guarded beach and water equipment rental, such as kayaks, bikes, boats and water bikes is also 1 km from our cottage.

The cottage is located on a fenced plot of 8 ares for individual use by guests. The plot fence is additionally secured with a net. Tall arborvitaes provide privacy.

The nearest shops (Biedronka, Polo, Tesco, Karuzela shopping centre, comprising various chain stores) are located in Biskupiec, approx. 5 km from the cottage.

Cottage located on Lake Dadaj. The entire area is fenced, for individual use of guests. Guests are alone on the property and grounds, without additional strangers. Free parking space, no resort fees.

1km from the cottage there is a beautiful public beach with a large pier and water equipment rental, live music, a separate swimming area for children. The beach is guarded by lifeguards.
