WE DO NOT RENT THE COTTAGE FOR ONE DAY. MINIMUM TWO DAYS.

Terms and conditions for renting a year-round cottage at the Four Seasons:

§1 Reservation and payment

1. The cottage reservation is confirmed after payment of a reservation fee of 40% of the total cost of the stay. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

2. The remaining amount for the stay and the cost of the resort tax must be paid in cash on the day of arrival when collecting the keys.

3. If the guest does not arrive by 10:00 a.m. on the day following the planned arrival date, without prior arrangement, the reservation will be cancelled and the date will be re-listed.

4. The lessor is responsible for accompanying persons, and in the event of exceeding the number of registered persons (maximum 7), the reservation may be canceled without refund.

5. In the event of early cancellation of the stay, it is possible to re-list the remaining days for rent. If the cottage is rented for this period, the owner will return the funds for the unused days to the lessor.

§2 Accommodation and rules of stay

1. The day starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to arrange other arrival or departure times after prior contact with the owner.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage.

3. Invited persons may stay in the cottage, but they must leave the premises by 11:00 p.m.

4. On the cottage premises and in the recreational areas belonging to the cottage, quiet hours apply from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

5. The lessor is obliged to maintain general order during the stay and to leave the cottage in a neat and tidy condition upon departure.

§3 Deposit and liability

1. To ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, we do not charge a deposit. We know that most visitors take care of the cottage as if it were their own home. However, in some cases, depending on the nature of the reservation, the owner may decide to charge a deposit of up to PLN 500 on the day of arrival. This is a form of security in case of any damage, and the entire amount is refunded on departure if there is no damage. Thank you for your understanding and we invite you to relax!

2. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours of departure, after checking the condition of the cottage. In the event of damage, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of repairs.

3. The lessor bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the cottage and its premises.

4. In the event of loss of a key, the lessor is obliged to cover the costs of replacing the entire lock or insert and a new set of keys.

The house consists of:

* GROUND FLOOR:

- Living room with kitchenette: in the living room 42 "TV plus satellite TV with Polsat and wi-fi internet, fold-out sofa - comfortable sleeping for two people.

- Kitchenette: sink, induction hob, fridge and microwave oven, kettle, all kitchen utensils.

- A bedroom with two couches (if necessary, the couches can be folded down) and a functional wardrobe for hanging and lying clothes, a mirror with illumination next to it, light switches and special reading lamps are installed next to the beds.

- Bathroom: shower with thermostatic faucet, large washbasin with a cupboard, instantaneous water heater, towels.

* FLOOR / Mezzanine:

- Going up the wooden stairs to the first floor, we go through a corridor where on the left there is a large three-door sliding wardrobe, one wing is a large mirror.

- Bedroom: going deeper into the room, we come to a large bedroom with three couches and a desk with an armchair.

- Toilet: so that the residents on the first floor do not have to use the lower toilet, a room for a toilet and a washbasin has been created for convenience.

We offer a year-round cottage for up to 7 people.

The area at the cottage has been paved with cobblestones, where we can park the car, the area of the cottage is fenced with a panel fence. Terrace available for guests: a large table with chairs and a grill.

The house is located on a 1000 m² lake with clean water, which is adapted as a bathing area with a private beach and convenient access to the water. The water reservoir is maintained in high water purity, on the north side there is a beach with washed sand and access to the water. The shore on the beach side is very gentle, ideal for children to play.

A TUB WITH A JACUZZI FUNCTION IS AVAILABLE.

Coffee shop with a revolving floor. The cafe is located on the top of Piękna Góra, which offers a view of the entire city and its surroundings.

Restored water tower. The water tower has a café and an observation deck overlooking the entire city.

Saline graduation towers are the fourth largest in Poland, together with a mineral water pump room.

A beautiful mountain with a café at the top , which can be reached on foot via a toboggan run or up by a chairlift. At the foot of the mountain there is a hunting restaurant where you can eat game. In winter, skiing and several ski lifts available.

The cottage is situated south of Gołdap, 2 km from the city center.

The house is made of brick, which means that it does not react to heat, inside it is always pleasantly cool, unlike wooden summer houses.
