In the low season (October - April, excluding Christmas, New Year's Eve, long weekends) the minimum stay is 2 days.
In the high season (May - September, excluding Christmas, New Year's Eve, long weekends) the minimum stay is 5 days.
The price includes the costs of water consumption, electricity and garbage disposal.

At our guests' request, we issue VAT invoices.
On the day of arrival, we collect a refundable deposit of PLN 1,000 per stay.
Additionally, there is a cleaning fee of PLN 400 per stay.
Check-in starts at. 16:00 (arrival) and ends at 11:00 (departure).

We offer you a fully equipped, year-round home with 222 square meters of usable space for your own use. The home sleeps 12, but the functional and comfortable sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 14 people.

*The basement contains:
- sauna (dry and steam) with sound system,
- playroom with a pool table, table football and a large TV,

- bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
*On the ground floor there is:

- a spacious living room with a TV, a fireplace and a fold-out sofa that can serve as a place to sleep for 2 people,
- fully equipped kitchen with dining area (fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, tableware, etc.),
- double room with a double bed,

- bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
*On the first floor there is:
- double room with a double bed and air conditioning,
- double room with two single beds and air conditioning,
- 6-person room with one double bed and four single beds and air conditioning,

- bathroom with shower and toilet.
The house has Wi-Fi internet.

We provide bed linen and towels.

On the plot there is a terrace with a jacuzzi, a gazebo, a grill, a place for a bonfire, deckchairs, a trampoline and a swing.

There are 3-4 parking spaces on the property, paved with paving stones.

The house is ideal for a trip with family and friends, special events and integration events.

In the house there is a playroom with a billiard table, table football and TV, and right next to it there is an ash sauna (dry and steam) with a sound system.

In the garden there is a five-person jacuzzi surrounded by a terrace.

The price includes 2 SUP boards, 2 double kayaks and 4 mountain bikes.

Children will find a swing with a slide and a trampoline.

Nearby attractions: sandy country beach with a pier, children's playground, volleyball and football pitches, outdoor gym, hiking and cycling trails, fishing, mushroom picking, chapel. Saint Józefa and the wild bird rehabilitation center.

The house is situated on a fully fenced plot of 2000 m2.
It is located 130 m from a developed, sandy village beach with a pier.

The swimming area has a playground for children, a volleyball court and an outdoor gym.
