The price for accommodation depends on the type of cottage and the length of stay.

We prefer stays of more than 3 nights. Short stays only weekends at a higher price!

We do not rent holiday homes for 1 day.

Children up to 3 years old sleeping with a parent - free of charge.

Children over 3 years of age sleeping in a separate bed - standard fee.

Paid stay for a dog/cat - PLN 10 or 20/day * depending on the size of the pet

When booking, we charge a deposit of two nights (nights), which is non-refundable. The exception is when the parties to the contract have agreed otherwise.

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of the reservation fee in the agreed amount to the bank account. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

The stay begins at 15:00 and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.

* the stay of a dog/cat must be reported when making a reservation.

Holiday homes for 2, 3, 4 and 5/6 people, 1 or 2 rooms with TV, bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, kitchenette.

In the cottages single, double and/or bunk beds. Possibility of preparing hot breakfast and dinner - stove, electric kettle, fridge, dishes.

Terrace with table and garden furniture. Possibility of lighting a barbecue*

Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the cottage.

2-person apartments with a bedroom with a large double bed and TV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Possibility of preparing hot meals: stove, electric kettle, fridge, dishes.

The facility has 21 summer houses (2-5/6 people) and 2 apartments (2 people) all with terraces, kitchenettes, bathrooms and TV, reception, parking, in the central place a playground, basketball hoop, table tennis table, designated area for a bonfire, barbecue area by the house*

The resort area is fenced, arrival on the resort area and use of attractions after check-in. All visits and visits of guests should be reported to the reception.

We accept pets.

Restaurants, pizzerias and other catering outlets, drink bars and discos.

The facility is located in a pine forest on the Czarna River in a quiet and peaceful area. It is a real paradise for tourists: a sandy beach, a guarded swimming area, coniferous trees that provide the desired shade on hot days. This is a place with a stunning landscape. The center is located approx. 370 m from Lake Sielpia. Near the center there is a water equipment rental, a summer cinema, a pizzeria, a grocery store, and tourist information.
