BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. Payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation to the account or to be agreed.
2. The remaining amount along with additional fees (resort tax, parking fee within the resort, pet fee) is payable on the day of arrival.
* in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The stay begins at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

We have:
* 13 cottages/apartments - 4-person cottages designed for a family, comfortable 30-meter apartments, fully furnished: each has a kitchenette equipped with: a refrigerator, a gas stove, a set of dishes, which allows you to prepare your own meals.
The apartments are equipped with a bathroom with a shower and are furnished with new furniture. Each apartment has two beds and a double sofa bed. The floors are carpeted or laminate. Comfortable hotel beds with top-quality mattresses ensure a comfortable rest after an active day. We also guarantee top-quality bedding, making our guests feel as if they were vacationing in a luxury hotel. Towels are provided in the apartment.
All rooms are equipped with an LCD TV.
The rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate families with children. Eight rooms are accessible to people with disabilities.
* 6 double cabins - cozy 10-square-meter rooms with private bathrooms - a typical room for two people, nicely arranged with spacious terraces. Some rooms have lake views. Two rooms have their own bathroom in the room, and four rooms have their own bathrooms in the pavilion.
* 2 detached 6-person cottages with a spacious terrace.
Cottage No. 1 has: 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchenette, spacious covered terrace.
Cottage no. 2 has: 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchenette, spacious covered terrace.
* 1 three-person apartment with: 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchenette.
