Prices depend on the period and length of stay.

In case of longer stays or when renting more rooms, prices can be negotiated.

We issue VAT invoices.

Stay from 16:00 to 12:00 on the day of departure.

Rooms with private or shared bathrooms, TV and wired and wireless internet will allow you to spend the night in complete comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the streets without losing contact with the world.
Our rooms provide high hotel standards and perfect cleanliness.

Our offer also includes staff accommodation - 7 rooms with 15 beds.
These are 1, 2 and 3-person rooms with bathrooms, 1 and 2-person rooms have a shared bathroom for two rooms.
The rooms are equipped with:
- separate beds with high and comfortable mattresses,
- desk, wardrobe, digital TV, internet,
- white hotel bed linen washed in specialist laundries,
- doors with soundproof thresholds ensuring silence,
- electrically controlled blinds on the windows allowing the room to be darkened,
- in the bathroom: shower, soap dispenser, bathroom scale, set of 3 towels.

BREEZE Guest House is a place for: tourists, companies looking for accommodation for their employees and for event organizers looking for accommodation for a larger group of people.
Our guests can count on help and a quick response in case of emergency situations (e.g. ordering a reliable taxi in the event of an urgent business meeting).
Each guest will be greeted with a welcome coffee or tea, which will help them relax after their journey and start their stay with us in a pleasant way.


Guests have access to a kitchenette where they can prepare coffee and tea. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator.

There is a lighted parking lot on the property, which can be locked at night at guests' request.

For children play-ground.

In the vicinity there are: a golf course, a horse farm, and a sports stadium.

There is a restaurant in the adjacent building.

The facility is located in a quiet and peaceful area on the outskirts of Wrocław, and at the same time close to the ring road exit.
