Price for the cottage: PLN 260 for 4 people (each additional person PLN 20) + energy consumed according to the meter reading.
Off-season prices are negotiable.

An advance payment is required upon reservation.
The price list is not valid during Christmas, Easter, New Year’s Eve, May Day, Corpus Christi, and Łemkowyna.

On these days we set prices individually.

Pets are accepted for an additional fee.

Number of cottages in the facility 4.

Cottages: year-round, 4-6-person, heated, with bathrooms and kitchenettes.

In the cottages: fridge, dishes, cooker, kettle, satellite TV, wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi).

Komańcza is the gateway to the Bieszczady and Low Beskids, a summer resort founded in 1512 under Wallachian law. Inhabited partly by the Lemko population. This is where the tourist trails in the Bieszczady and Beskid Niski begin.
On our small farm we breed rabbits, chickens, cats and a dog, and we grow vegetables in our home garden.
On the premises also place for grill, place for bonfire.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
We speak: Polish, English, Ukrainian, Slovak

We perfectly organize bonfires.

For the interested we organize sleigh rides.

For the active guest: a playground for children and teenagers in the village.

In the area you can go horseback riding and use numerous trails:
* pedestrians:
* red on Chryszczata and further into Bieszczady or Beskid Niski;
* border blue;
* a natural and historical path around Komancza;
* Path of the Primate of the Millennium, Fr. card. Stefan Wyszyński;
* The Pope's cycling trail in the Low Beskids;
* Trail of icons along the valley of Osława;
* Wooden Architecture Trail;
* nature path through the reserve "W Przemią Jasiołki";
* cycling:
* cross-border Polish-Slovak bicycle route;
* "Greenway Eastern Carpathians" - the trail belongs to the network of natural and cultural heritage trails;
* Trail "In the footsteps of Good Soldier Švejk";

* Transbeskid Horse Trail Brenna - Wołosate;
* Hutsul Horse Stud - horseback riding in the Bieszczady Mountains;
* ski lifts in Lesko, Ustrzyki Dolne, Puławy
