The price of accommodation from PLN 150 per person applies when the apartment is used by 2 people at the same time.

As part of the fee, guests use the rented room, but also have the opportunity to use the living room with a TV and fireplace, the kitchen with its equipment, and the fenced property.

Double room with a double bed or two single beds (to be specified when booking). An additional bed can be added for a third person.

Our agritourism farm invites you to spend a year-round holiday in an old, stylish wooden house from the interwar period. You'll enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful nature, colorful flowers, greenery, and birdsong, in a peaceful village that lives by its own natural rhythm.

Guests have access to a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a TV, and internet access. We provide cleaning products and disinfectants.

There is space on the premises to park your car, as well as to pitch a tent or set up a caravan.

Arrival with pets requires additional arrangements with the property.

The house is located on a fenced property.

Many attractions await our guests. You can fish (we have a small pond on the agritourism grounds), walk (with or without poles) along numerous trails, admiring nature, birds, and animals (both farm and forest), and observe the work of farmers.

The property includes a fire pit and barbecue area, two small ponds, and plenty of flowers and greenery. There are also two small covered terraces, one adjacent to the house and the other at the end of the fenced property overlooking the fields and forest.

Our agritourism farm is the perfect place for those who enjoy active recreation. There are plenty of attractions worth seeing both near and far. The Kozienicka Forest is particularly worth visiting, with its numerous hiking trails and nature reserves (including the Royal Springs). In the autumn, forest walks will be especially enjoyable for mushroom pickers. Another attraction, located nearby, is the recreational reservoirs. The Górny Pond in Pionki is 2 km away. It features a beach, swimming area, and a playground for ball games. The reservoir in Jedlnia Letnisko is distinguished by its beautiful promenade surrounding the entire reservoir. Both reservoirs offer a well-developed dining options. The wooden pre-war parish church in the highlander style in Jedlnia Letnisko is also worth visiting. Another interesting place to visit, especially for those interested in history, is the town of Pionki, where the State Gunpowder Factory was established in the 1920s. It's still easy to spot characteristic elements of industrial urban architecture from that era in the city. Anglers will find excellent fishing spots at the Górny Pond in Pionki, the reservoir in Jedlnia Letnisko, a private fishing spot in the nearby village of Czarna, and the Vistula River (just 40 km from the Agrotourism).

It's worth noting that the names of the nearby villages: Tadeuszów, Kościuszków, Marcelów, and, of course, Wincentów, where our farm is located, are historical traces of Tadeusz Kościuszko's presence in these parts. Our farm is an excellent base for explorers, researchers, and history buffs. To make exploring easier, we provide bicycles for our guests.

The surrounding area also offers many interesting places: Czarnolas, Nałęczów, Kazimierz Dolny (where you can see many monuments, attractions, and take part in various festivals).

We also invite people who are initiated into Opencaching, they will surely find many interesting objects here for practicing this hobby.

Guests must provide their own meals. The cottage has a kitchen where meals can be prepared.

Nearby (within a few kilometers of the agritourism farm) you'll find good, well-known restaurants, bars, and food outlets. There are also typical rural grocery stores and markets in the area.

The agritourism farm is located in the buffer zone of the Kozienicki Landscape Park.
