We only offer bed and breakfast.

The cost of a stay with home-cooked breakfast is PLN 180/person/day.

The additional fee for each free, unused place in the room is PLN 25/day.

The stay begins at 4:00 PM and ends the following day at 10:00 AM.

Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit of 40% of the cost of the stay.

In high season (01.06-30.09) the minimum stay is 4 nights.

For shorter stays, a fee of PLN 50/day is added.

We offer four comfortable rooms equipped with bedside tables, a table with chairs, a fridge and an electric kettle with cups.

Each room has a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, towels and a hair dryer.

A short guide and a tourist map are available in each room.

All guests have at their disposal a room with a place to eat meals and spend time together, e.g. reading books or playing board games.

It is also possible to use the terrace.

In the garden there is a place for a barbecue and a bonfire.

We provide 6 parking spaces.

For a fee, we offer the possibility of charging electric and hybrid cars.

We do not accept animals.

We invite adults and children over 12 years of age to provide guests with maximum comfort in peace and quiet.

We provide balls, paddles, deckchairs, hammocks and a ball net.

Nearby attractions: hiking, cycling, Lake Solina, horseback riding, glider flights.

We offer our guests meals (breakfasts and dinners) based on local products.

We prepare tasty and healthy home-cooked meals.

We recommend local dishes such as knisze, proziaki, potato stuffed cabbage and fuczki.

Every morning we serve freshly baked bread.

The facility is located in a quiet, small Bieszczady village, near a stream, at the foot of the Otryt mountain range.
