The minimum stay is 2 days. We charge a deposit of 30%

During summer and winter holidays, the house can only be booked for the whole week, from Saturday to Saturday.
The minimum rental period is 5 days during Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Check-in: from 17.00 to 12.00 on the day of departure.

There are 4 rooms on the first floor:

* room 1 - double bed + single bed,

* room 2 - double bed + single bed + wooden cot for a child,

* room 3 - double bed + single bed,

* room 4 - triple bed + single bed.

A year-round house with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace.
The house has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
In the kitchen: large fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher.
The interior of the building is finished in wood.
The house has a terrace with a picturesque view of Babia Góra and Police.
Pets are allowed.

On the premises parking for 4 cars.

There is a fireplace with wood and a grill on the premises.

There is a jacuzzi available.

For children: a playground, children's swings, a trampoline, a large wooden swing, a mini climbing wall, a house with a slide.

For active people: hiking trails, bicycle paths, Nordic Walking, walks in the forest, ski lifts, rope park, horse riding school, Babia Góra National Park, Mosorny Groń tourist and ski center, Wojtek ski lift, Mosorne waterfall.
Within an hour by car, you will find: Energylandia, Termy Chochołowskie, Termy Bukovina, Zatorland, Miniature Park in Inwałd, on the border with Slovakia.

Our house is located away from the hustle and bustle of tourists in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are beautiful landscapes around you that will take your breath away. From the terrace we have a view of Babia Góra and Police. Zawoja is the longest village in Poland. It is conducive to various activities and is a great prospect for both families and trips with friends.

The beautiful location of our house ensures total relaxation and rest. The views from the terrace and jacuzzi allow you to completely relax. The house is located off the beaten track, very close to the Kolędówka Pass, surrounded by forests. You will find peace and quiet here.
