Year-round holiday homes, the houses are heated, have their own garden area, and a small stream flows next to the cottages. The huts have high-speed internet and television.

The house consists of:
- spacious seating area,

- in front of the main entrance there is a roofed place with two recreational armchairs overlooking the stream and a wild meadow.
The heart of the house is a beautiful tiled stove, which is also the source of heating for the entire house.

The cottage has a large parking lot and a lot of green space around.
It is possible to light a bonfire and barbecue, but please do not use firewood for this purpose, dry branches can be obtained from the forest. During dry seasons, please be especially careful and refrain from lighting fires.

The Villejka facility is equipped with:

- convenient parking (unguarded, no additional fees),

- high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas,

- kitchen available in the afternoons, but only for cold snacks or heating up ready-made dishes,

- coffee/tea constantly available in the dining room in the coffee corner,

- we invite small dogs only to one of our houses in Dzika Łąka

- smoking indoors and on balconies is strictly prohibited, the place where you can smoke in peace with coffee in your hand is the terrace next to the dining room.

Our Kulbaka Stable is located next to the facility, where you can go horse riding.
