We offer you only 2 apartments, which guarantees the luxury of free rest and a sense of privacy.

The price includes: energy, water, firewood, waste (segregation), bed linen, towels, parking, fireplace.

Rowing boat rental: PLN 20/h, min. 2 hours, bicycle for adults: PLN 10/h, min. 2 hours.

In order to confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the price to the account provided below, within 1 day after booking by phone or e-mail. If you want an invoice, please provide the invoice data and necessarily IN THE TITLE OF THE TRANSFER NIP NUMBER. The remaining part of the price and the (refundable) deposit of PLN 300 are collected in cash on the day of arrival. If the advance payment is not made, the reservation will be cancelled. The advance payment is not refundable in case of resignation from the stay. The deposit is returned in the absence of any damage caused by the fault of the Lessor.

The apartment consists of: a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots), bedroom, wardrobe, bathroom with shower.

All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds have been installed in the windows to protect against the sun's rays. There are air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms.

In the apartment: TV, Wi-Fi, Radio+CD+USB, bookcase.

We offer our guests two independent terraces where you can sit by the grill or eat a meal. In addition, we have a place for a bonfire, hammocks, deckchairs and garden swings.

For children, we have a playground with a trampoline, swing, slide and sandbox, football goals and other toys.

For adults: table football, darts, badminton net, 4 bicycles.

The biggest attraction just behind our fence is the beautiful, clean and large lake Bytyń Wielki, which is a nature reserve, a Natura 2000 area under the Birds and Habitats Directive and an area of protected landscape. Nearby, there are large old beech forests with old spruce and pine trees growing on the undulating terrain, which gives the impression of being in the Bieszczady forests. This environment is characterized by a diversity of habitats and species of terrestrial animals and fungi, and the lake is characterized by fish.
