The cost of renting the entire house with land is PLN 590 / day for up to 8 people.

The minimum stay is 2 days.

Jacuzzi tub with hydro massage PLN 300 extra per night, for 7 nights, two days free.

In summer, a swimming pool in the garden will make your time more pleasant, additional price PLN 50 / day

We also have bicycles, we will prepare a bonfire.

Object regulations:
1. The tourist is obliged to observe the order of the agritourism farm and to use all rooms in accordance with their intended use.
2. Upon arrival at the farm, you must check in with an identity document.
3. At the beginning and at the end of the stay, an inventory will be made and the condition of the rooms along with their equipment will be checked.
4. Cleaning rooms occupied by tourists is agreed individually with the hosts on the day of arrival (applies to stays longer than 3 days.)
5. If the number of tourists is higher than previously agreed, the host has the right to:
- refuse to admit additional people,
- withdraw from the contract due to the fault of the tourist.
6. A tourist may not accept additional people for an overnight stay or a day stay in an agritourism farm without the consent of the hosts, treating them as their guests.
7. Persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants behaving aggressively, the hosts have the right to terminate the room with immediate effect without reimbursement of previously made payments.
8. The hosts indicate to the tourist a place to park the car, but are not responsible for its safety.
9. The hosts are not responsible for the tourist's property.
10. The tourist is responsible for the damage caused by himself, for which he is obliged to pay on the spot from his own funds, and for the damage caused by the children, their guardians are responsible.
11. The tourist rents a house with a closed area around the house at his own disposal and on his own responsibility for his health and his companions.
12. The tourist accepts the technical conditions and confirms that they do not pose a threat to life and health.
13. The tourist familiarized himself with the rules of fire protection on the premises of the facility.
14. The tourist receives the key to the room at his disposal and is obliged to return it on the day of departure. Losing the key results in the obligation to pay the due fee.
15. Keeping pets in the rented house is possible only after agreeing with the hosts.
16. Access to animals on the farm (including dogs) may be under the supervision of the owners or a designated person.
17. Keeping pets in the rooms is possible only after agreeing with the hosts, the animals stay in Siedlisko Folwark under the care of the owners, dogs on a leash in the presence of the hosts.
18. The participation of tourists in the work on the farm is possible only after agreement with the owners.
19. Animals aggressive towards people and animals may not stay in Siedlisko Folwark.
20. The hosts do not bear any responsibility for the tourist's stay outside the farm.
21. Smoking is forbidden in the whole house.
22. When burning a fire, be especially careful, for the sake of safety, people under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants are forbidden to approach the fireplace.
23. Smoking in the tiled stove is allowed only in the presence of the host.
24. The hosts provide explanations and advice in all disputable matters regarding the regulations and kindly ask honorable guests to observe them.
25. Good hotel check in 14:00, check out 11:00.
26. Towels are not provided in the rooms.

House consists of: 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living-room.

Kitchen is equipped with: cordless kettle, microwave oven, fridge, cooker with oven, frying pans, glasses, cutlery, plates, pots.

Additionally on the premises: garden arbour, place for grill, garden, small pond.

The facility is: fenced.

There are conditions for organizing an outdoor event for a larger number of people.
