The apartment is located on the ground floor in the southwestern part of the building.
A modern and spacious interior designed for up to 6 people - as a comfortable family apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, a hall and a large covered balcony with lounge furniture, which can be accessed from the living room.
The first bedroom has a bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The living room has a sofa with the option of unfolding and sleeping for 2 people, a table for 4 people and a TV. The room has access to a large balcony with an area of 15 m2. The balcony has garden furniture for outdoor relaxation (large corner sofa, coffee table).
The kitchenette is equipped with: a fridge with a freezer, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and household appliances and dishes for self-cooking and serving meals.
In the bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, large mirror.
Functionally furnished hall with a hanger for an outer wardrobe.
The apartment is equipped with: 2 wardrobes, an iron with an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, a set of cosmetics, two beach chairs, a screen, towels, bedding.
