Statute
A. Reservations
1. In order to check available dates and reservations, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
2. Initial booking (by phone / e-mail) is accepted up to 48 hours. After this date, if the deposit is not paid, the preliminary reservation will be canceled.
3. The guarantee and confirmation of the reservation is an advance payment of 25-50% of the total cost of the stay. In the event of resignation, the down payment is not refunded.
4. It is possible to change the date of stay only to an earlier date (subject to availability) from the date originally booked. If you wish to postpone your stay to a later date, a new reservation is required.
B. Stay
1. Guests staying in the Apartment are asked to follow the rules of safe and cultural rest.
2. Only as many people as previously agreed are entitled to use the stay.
3. All payments and check-in are made on the spot on arrival.
4. Any persons wishing to visit or enter the Apartment must be notified in advance to the owners of the property.
5. The fee is payable for the entire period of stay in advance, upon arrival (the settlement includes the advance payment). Failure to use any of the services by the Guest does not entitle him to demand a refund of the amount paid. The owners of Apartment 10 may request a returnable deposit from the landlord towards the final settlement for any additional payments or losses.
6. The hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival by 11.00 the next day. You can come to the apartment earlier or leave later after prior notification and arrangement.
7. When renting, the apartment is handed over and picked up in the presence of the owner or an authorized person. Please inform us in advance about the time of departure in order to facilitate the pick-up of the apartments.
8. Please check the condition of the equipment in the apartment. In the event of any damage or destruction, this fact should be reported to the owner within the first hour of stay.
9. In the event of damage to the equipment / property of the Apartment, please inform the owner for repair / replacement. Financial compensation for the above-mentioned repair / replacement will be charged at the cost of repair and must be paid on departure at the latest.
10. As the parents bear responsibility for the safety and any consequences of their children's actions, the owner asks for increased care over them.
11. There is a curfew in the Apartment - from Monday to Sunday from 22:00 to 8:00.
12. The owner is not responsible for items left in the Apartment. Please exercise due diligence when closing windows and doors when leaving the room.
13. The stay of animals in the apartment is allowed only after prior notification and informing the owner about the arrival with the animal and presenting a valid vaccination certificate. Dog owners are asked to clean up their excrements. The presence of animals must not disturb the rest of other Guests. For damage caused by animals, the Owner is obliged to bear the costs of replacement, repair or laundry. There is a one-time final cleaning fee for pets.
14. Residents of the Apartment may park their cars in designated areas (parking lot).
PLEASE NOTE: Parking at Apartment 10 is unguarded.
15. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. You are allowed to smoke cigarettes only in a designated place, where there is an ashtray. We only throw away smoked cigarettes to ashtrays.
17. Please find out where the fire extinguisher is located. and how it is used.
ATTENTION! The landlords are fully responsible for any possible fire and all costs and losses resulting therefrom.
18. The owners of the Apartment reserve the right to demand that persons who do not comply with the regulations leave the facility - especially those who grossly disturb the quiet at night and rest for other Guests of the Apartments.
19. For devastation, unauthorized use of fire extinguishers and the resulting consequences (necessity to replace equipment, additional maintenance work), the users of the Apartment will be charged with additional fees.
20. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on tourist services shall apply accordingly.
