PAYMENTS
The down payment for the stay is 30% of the total.
The deadline for the advance payment is set by the reception, we usually expect the payment to be made within 3 working days from the moment of booking confirmation on our part.
The surcharge for the stay is made on the day of arrival during guest check-in.
If it is not possible to complete the stay, with an advance payment, it is possible to transfer the funds to the reservation at another time convenient for guests, after prior agreement with the reception.
Spa fee in the amount of PLN 2.80 per person per day, payable additionally in cash at the hotel reception.
All prices include VAT.
The offer cannot be combined with any other.
The day starts at 14.00 and ends at 10.00 the next day.
Free of charge: children's corner inside the guest house, mini playground in the garden, parking lot (unguarded, free of charge) on the premises of the guest house, grill place.

We offer 30 rooms for our guests.
We offer both STANDARD and STUDIO rooms (two separate rooms, connected by a hall, with a shared bathroom), which vary in size.
STANDARD version, convenient for all guests, STUDIO - especially recommended for families with children or couples of friends.
Picturesque views are a huge advantage of the rooms in our Holiday Home. Our guests can admire the Śnieżka Massif or Kowarskie Grzbiety with their eyes, the visibility of which is almost inherent in the standard of many rooms.
All rooms in our house are equipped with TV. In each of them, our guests have access to free wireless internet.
We will make every effort to ensure that guests remember their stay in our house with sentiment.

Stay with pets must be agreed with the reception.

We perfectly organize conferences, training sessions, courses, integration meetings and stays, occasional parties, bonfires.

Our greatest advantage is the perfect location. The facility is located in the very center of the resort, 200 meters from the main promenade. The close distance also separates us from the main river of the city - Łomnica and the dam created on it, which is one of the main attractions of Karpacz. Thanks to this location, our guests have the opportunity to rest and relax, the background of which is the sound of the river and a vast panorama of the Śnieżka peak! All this, combined with fresh mountain air, is an ideal proposition for tourists and fans of white madness.
