It is possible to pitch your own tent.

Our house is made of brick, which ensures pleasant coolness on hot days. It consists of 4 independent floors and an additional, separate apartment.

On the ground floor:

Large bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes.

Room with 3 single beds and a wardrobe.

A living room with a fireplace, a fold-out corner sofa, a TV set, a chest of drawers and a table.

Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, additionally: hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils. Coffee maker. Fridge with freezer. Table with 6 chairs.

From the living room there is an exit to the terrace (table, chairs, swing) with access to the garden.

Floor:

Bedroom with a large double bed.

Room with 2 single beds. It is possible to combine them into one wardrobe.

Living room with fireplace, corner sofa, chest of drawers, table, TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge, table, pots, coffee machine, dishes, etc.

Bathroom: bathtub, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board.

From the living room there is access to a balcony with a place to relax.

Attic:

7 mattresses on frames, a table, an armchair, a toilet with a washbasin. Balcony. We treat these as additional seats for larger numbers of guests.

Basement:

This is our little place to relax, which also gives you the opportunity to organize events or family meetings, as well as spend pleasant evenings with a larger group.

There is a table with 14 chairs, billiards, ping pong and air hockey.

A small sofa. In a separate part, there is a room with an infrared sauna, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Direct access to the garden.

In a separate apartment there is a room with 3 beds, including one double, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom (shower, sink and washing machine).

Guests have at their disposal 2 independent floors - bedroom, living room, bathroom, living room with terrace, kitchen.

Each of the two apartments is approx. 70 m2. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with the necessary dishes and tableware. Induction cooker with oven. Coffee maker, kettle. Fridge with freezer.

The house is on a fenced property with a remote-controlled gate. There is a pond on the plot, fenced off for the safety of children and animals.

At guests' request, we provide a travel cot and a high chair.

A place for a bonfire with benches. Wood in the amount of 1 wheelbarrow free of charge.

Shed with table and benches, sticks, two grills.

We accept pets.

We also speak German and Ukrainian.

We have an infrared sauna that offers many health benefits: it helps get rid of many toxins, including heavy metals, relieves pain, improves circulation, cleanses the skin, provides relaxation, and also helps you lose weight.

We invite you to organize special events.

At guests' disposal: infrared sauna, billiards, ping pong, air hockey, swimming pool on a frame, hammock, shelter with a barbecue and a place for a bonfire. Sun loungers, swing. Terrace with a swing, bicycles for adults.

For children: sandpit with toys, swings, trampoline, little tikes house with a slide, ball basket, bicycles, scooters, running bikes, balls.

The house is located approx. 500 m from the lake Studzieniczno - Kłączno - Ryńskie - the largest ribbon lake has an area of 215.5 ha and a depth of up to 32 m. It is the source of the Kłonecznica River - a tributary of the Brda.

By the lake: gym, basketball and volleyball court, playground for children, e.g. great ship with a slide and swings. Pier, fireplace, shelters. Foodtrack, ice cream.

In Bytów (12 km) there is:

Teutonic Castle from the 14th/15th century, West Kashubian Museum, Ruins of the Church of St. Catherine, the Church, the Orthodox Church, the Mill Route for a nice walk. Restored Railway Bridge (recommended at night), indoor swimming pool. Jelen lobelia lake.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the municipal village of Studzienice. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery. To the nearest forest 200 m. To the lake 500 m.

Kaszuby Moje Dom was created for families with children who want to relax and spend time actively in the bosom of nature, surrounded by silence and greenery (although we also have plenty of flowers). We have bicycles, you can rent a kayak, a boat or a pedal boat. For horse riding fans, lessons are 10 km away.

Our house is a great base to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You can take shelter from the heat from the sky on the lowest level, bask in the sauna, or spend evenings by the fire.

We invite families with children, singles with friends, mushroom pickers, anglers, seniors and teenagers. You will certainly not be bored with us.
