The price includes a parking space, use of a kayak, rowing boat and the possibility of having a bonfire and barbecue.
The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit:
* in the amount of 40% of the value in the case of a minimum reservation. 3 nights,
* 50% of the value when booking 2 nights,
* 100% of the value in case of booking 1 good.

Prices depend on the period of stay.

Rooms with bathrooms and large wooden terraces overlooking the lake.

The rooms include: TV, Wi-Fi internet access, fridge.

The house accommodates 4-8 people and consists of two bedrooms with TV, a living room with TV, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a covered terrace.
In the kitchenette: fridge, kettle, stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans.

At guests' disposal: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace room with a bar and TV.
The facility includes: a charging station for electric cars and parking spaces.

Among the large accommodation base in Mikołajki, we are one of the few to have our own beach with a seafront and a pier!

In front of the building there is a large area with a shoreline, a beach, a pier for fishing and mooring, and a playground for children with a slide and a sandbox. There is a barbecue and bonfire area right on the shore of the lake.
It is possible to rent: a rowing boat, a kayak, a pedal boat.
