The price includes the tourist tax applicable in Kudowa. It is a local tax levied on persons temporarily staying in spa towns for tourist, training and recreational purposes. It's already included in our price. I am open to negotiations regarding the price - it depends on the date of the planned stay and the number of people interested as well as the duration of the stay. The stay of a child up to two years old is free. I do not charge anything for animals. Everything we offer is already included in the cost of your stay, no hidden fees.

From the picturesque hiking trails leading through the Czech Republic and to Błędne Skały and Szczeliniec, to Wambierzyce.

In Kudowa itself, there are numerous restaurants, a beautiful Zdrojowy Park (~5 minutes on foot), the famous Skull Chapel in Czermna (~30 minutes), an open-air museum in Pstrążna and a moving nativity scene. The pretty post-German spa buildings of a large part of Kudowa are also a tourist attraction.

Local travel agencies organize trips to the Czech Republic (including Skalne Miasto and Praga), as well as around the Kłodzko Valley itself, up to the Książ Castle and Walimia.

From Kudowa, you can take the road of one hundred bends to Bledne Skały, Stołowe Mountains and the entire charming National Park. In the direction of Zieleniec there is Wielkie Torfowisko Batorowskie. Following the road to Kłodzko, there are palaces and the Kłodzko Fortress. There are many such historical and landscape attractions. Only the curious and inquisitive will find much, because they are not mentioned. Kudowa-Zdrój, due to its excellent location and tourist facilities, is ideal for exploring the region as well as the areas of our Czech neighbors.

My house is located very close to the Spa Park. With convenient access, in an alley close to the road (50 meters) leading through the center of Kudowa to the Stołowe Mountains National Park.

The neighborhood is quiet. To restaurants and shops: 10 minutes, to Park Zdrojowy: 5 minutes, bus stop: 4 minutes.
