The cost of renting a house at U Franciszka depends on the type of house and the length of stay:

- 8-person house PLN 300-350,
- 4-6 person houses PLN 240-290,
- 4-5-person cottages PLN 190-220.

We charge for the electricity used according to the meter readings.

We offer you 5 houses:

Cottage 1 (4-6 persons, all year round)

A two-story brick house. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Cottage 2 (4-6 persons, all year round)

A two-story brick house. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Fireplace with a water jacket.

Cottage 3 (2-4 persons, summer house)

Wooden one-story house. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. goat-type stove.

Cottage 4 (2-5 persons, summer house)

A wooden one-story house, It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.

Cottage 5 (4-8 persons, summer house)

Wooden storey house. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with rain shower and 3 bedrooms.

Each cottage has a TV, microwave, electric kettle, cooker, fridge.

At Houses 1 and 2 there is a gazebo with a grill, smokehouse, billiards, table football and a corner for children.

- OWN ACCESS TO THE LAKE
- a place for a barbecue and a bonfire on the property,
- each cottage has its own swing,
- parking.
In our garden you will find a place for a common barbecue, a bonfire or a playground for children.

For the active guest we offer paintball.

At guests' disposal direct access to the lake.

For more active guests, we offer assistance in organizing canoeing trips on the Wda River, hiking and cycling trips along the trails of the Wdzydze Landscape Park.
