The apartment is located in the village of Mochnaczka Wyżna, about 3 km from Krynica-Zdrój. A large living room with sleeping places, a kitchen and a bathroom with an area of 55 sq m. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and a dishwasher, there is also a washing machine, large TV, wi-fi, parking space.

At guests' disposal: wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), kitchenette, common room.

On the premises: parking lot, storage room for sports equipment.

Additionally on the premises place for grill, garden arbour.

We do not accept guests with pets.

For the active guest we offer table soccer.

For children play-ground.

For the active guest: tourist trails, Nordic Walking, ski lifts and slopes, bicycle paths, keep-fit trail, skating rink.

The facility is located in the town centre.

In the vicinity grocery, bus stop, rehabilitation centres, treatments.

Please read the reservation and stay regulations in detail, knowing and following the regulations will ensure a comfortable and safe stay.
REGULATIONS FOR RESERVATION AND STAY OF GUESTS IN TROJANDA GUEST ROOMS
&1. RESERVATIONS
1. Reservations are accepted by telephone, e-mail and through reservation systems.
2. Reservations are made to the person or company that will make the payment.
3. The reservation is guaranteed by paying a deposit of 30% of the agreed amount for the entire stay within 4 business days.
4. The cost of the stay is determined when booking and the payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the agreed payment.
5. Failure to pay the deposit within the specified period after making the reservation will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
6. In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit is not refunded.
7. The remaining amount is collected on the day of arrival, when the guest checks in.
8. Arrival after 10 p.m. requires prior telephone notification.
9. Failure to show up by 10 p.m. on the day of arrival is tantamount to resignation from the stay if the guest has not informed about it in advance.
10. If the stay is shortened, the amount due does not change and is non-refundable.
11. Payment of the deposit, and thus making a guaranteed reservation, constitutes confirmation of the acceptance of the reservation conditions specified in these regulations by the person making the reservation.
12. Pursuant to the Resolution of the Commune Council, a spa fee of PLN 6.20 is charged for each day of stay per person.
&2. STAY
1. The guest room is rented for guests' use for 24 hours upon presentation of an ID card or passport. We do not provide any information to third parties about the personal data of guests staying at the Trojanda facility in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended).
2. For rental purposes, the day begins at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. It is possible to leave luggage until 20:00.
3. The guest may use the room at earlier times without an additional fee if the room is available and ready for use.
4. The guest should submit a request to extend the stay no later than one day before the expiry of the rental period. Such a request will be fulfilled provided that the room has not been rented to another guest.
5. The guest should use the room in accordance with its intended purpose, i.e. for his/her own living and recreation purposes.
6. The host of the facility is not responsible for items brought into the room or left elsewhere in the facility.
7. Silence is observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The behavior of people staying at the facility should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The host may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule. In special cases, this may result in calling the police or other services.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the facility is tantamount to the guest renting the room agreeing to cover the costs of dearomatization of the room and is equivalent to PLN 100.
9. Staying overnight in the guest's rooms is prohibited, unless the guest agrees on this matter with the host. Any visits must also be agreed in advance.
10. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage and destruction to the building and its equipment caused by its action or the actions of persons for whom it is responsible. Any destruction or damage to items belonging to the facility should be reported to the owner, who will determine the amount of compensation. For damage detected after leaving the room (after prior consultation with the tenants), they will be charged for repairs.
11. The guest receives a key to the room and the building, which he should return at the end of his stay. Losing the keys results in the obligation to pay PLN 30 for a new set.
12. Wearing ski boots is prohibited throughout the facility. Ski equipment should be stored in a designated place and should not be brought into the rooms.
13. We provide you with a publicly accessible, equipped kitchen; those using the kitchen are obliged to wash dishes and leave it tidy.
14. An iron and ironing board are available in a designated area.
15. Hair dryers are available to guests upon request.
16. Barbecue only in designated areas.
17. Children may use the facility's equipment (swings, trampoline, slide, sandbox, etc.) only under the supervision of their guardians.
18. Parking is free and unguarded. The guest is obliged to park so as not to disturb other people using the parking lot. The owner of the site is not responsible for parked vehicles or property left there.
19. Pets are not allowed.
20. The facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard (private accommodation). The room is not cleaned during the guest's stay.
21. Please report any comments and reservations regarding the level of services, the operation of equipment as well as order and cleanliness on an ongoing basis.
22. The facility is obliged to provide professional and courteous service, conditions for a peaceful and safe stay, confidentiality of information about the guest and the efficiency of the equipment.
23. The facility is not responsible for failures beyond its control and their consequences.
24. The guest using the services accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of these regulations. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from Guests' failure to comply with the rules contained in the regulations.
