In the summer and winter seasons and on all holidays and long weekends, prices are agreed by phone and depend on the length of stay.
Children price per night 60 PLN.

Sleeping on the floor (only when fully occupied) PLN 40 per person.
Possibility to pitch your own tent 40 PLN per person.
Fee for a dog or other animal PLN 20 per day.

Fee for a dog in Szmerkowa Chatynka 50 per day

Check-in from 16.00-21.30.
Check-out between 6.00-11.00.

The rooms are for 2, 3 and 5 persons with bathrooms.

Our Szmerkowa Chatynka is located on a property near the Srebrny Potok Mountain Shelter.

It is located in the valley of the White Stream (Biała Woda), above the village of Jarkowice, on the eastern slopes of the Lasocki Ridge in the Karkonosze Mountains. The Lasocki Ridge Range is an extension of the Kowarski Ridge. It is a mountain ridge that is the lowest and the best ecologically preserved range of the Karkonosze Mountains.

If you dream of a quiet holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, crowds on mountain trails, then a house located in one of the villages of the Karkonosze Mountains will meet your expectations.

Downstairs:

The heart of the house is a cozy lounge with a fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom and kitchen

A cottage in the mountains with a fireplace is an option for both biting frost and cool, rainy evenings. After a madness on the slopes or a mountain hike, you will be happy to warm up by the crackling fire. You will drink a glass of wine with a loved one, and flames will play in their eyes. Do I need to convince you any longer that a house in the mountains is best with a fireplace?

The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with all the necessary things for temporary living. From the kitchen you enter the bathroom with a shower, sink, cabinet, mirror.

Floor:

The first floor is accessed by stairs from the living room. There is one large bedroom. One bedroom with three double beds (including one double bed)

Apartment for 13 persons.

Apartment consists of: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen.

At guests' disposal: wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), equipped kitchenette, living room.

On the premises there is a parking lot and a place for a bonfire, possibility of grilling.

Pets accepted.

Possibility to organize closed events.
