Accommodation cost / day / person - PLN 150. Breakfast included.
Children up to 10 years old - PLN 100 per day. Breakfast included in the price.
Children up to one year who do not receive meals - PLN 50.
Longer stays:
For a minimum stay of one week - PLN 135/day/person.
Children up to 10 years old - PLN 75. Breakfast included.
Children up to one year who do not receive meals - PLN 50.
Breakfast is served from 9.00 to 10.00.
Double room rented as a single room - additional fee PLN 50/day.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS:
We keep the initial reservation for 3 days.
Confirmation of the reservation is a 50% deposit of the total cost of the service.
The remaining settlement of the stay takes place on the day the stay begins.

Guests of our farm can use kayaks, rowing boats and bicycles free of charge. There is a kitchenette on the first floor.
During the season, on some Saturdays at 8 p.m. we host concerts (ticketed event). Information about performers on our website in the concerts tab.
The cost of a pet's stay is PLN 10/day.
The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00.
Night curfew applies from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Horse riding price list:
- horse riding/individual lesson/lunge, playground/vaulting - PLN 100/hour
- horse riding for advanced users /in a group/saddling the horse independently/ 60 min - PLN 80,
- 10-ride pass to be used within two months - PLN 950,
- all rides take place with an instructor.

Campsite price list:
- tent/camper resident - PLN 10/person. daily;
- tent - 2 people - PLN 25, 4 people - PLN 35, larger tents - PLN 50;
- camper/car with trailer - PLN 45/day;
- electricity - PLN 10/day;
- parking/car - PLN 10/day (free for GA guests).

There is a shower on the farm with a coin slot.

Year-round guest rooms.
All rooms have bathrooms with a shower.
The rooms are decorated in white and blue tones and are equipped with pine furniture.
Most rooms have terraces or balconies with garden furniture/sun loungers.

Bungalows cottages, of Brda type, for 6 persons.

Bungalow consists of: 2 bedrooms, living-room, bathroom, kitchen.

Open from 01.05 to 15.09.

One 4-person apartment with a kitchenette.

We serve guests in English and German. We provide wireless Wi-Fi Internet.
In the well-stocked library you will find items that will help you learn about the history of Warmia and Mazury (in Polish and German).
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building. There is a smoking area in front of the main building.
We accept pets by prior arrangement. It is possible to rent water equipment and bicycles on the premises.
We provide parking. There is a fireplace and a shelter at guests' disposal.

In 2002, we took third place in the competition for the Best Agro-Eco-Tourist Farm in Warmia and Mazury.
In 2003, we took second place in the Safe Farm competition (provincial stage).
In 2008, we took first place in the competition for the Best Organic Farm in Warmia and Mazury.

During the season (July - August) on some Saturdays at We organize concerts at 8 p.m. We host Joasia Mioduchowska, Janusz Yanina Iwański, Staszek Soyka, Piotr Bakal, Tomek Kordeusz, Paweł Wójcik and Tomek Sarniak, the Czerwony Tulipan Band, Waldek Chyliński and many other singing friends. We have a meeting room for 50 people. We will organize for you: corporate events, family events, occasional parties, conferences, training courses, concerts, field games, wild animal observations.
The offer includes educational programs (in cooperation with the Landscape Park), kayaking, hiking and cycling trips, horse riding with an instructor (also for children - ponies), sleigh rides in winter, cross-country skiing, skiring (skiing behind a horse), cruise booking cruise ships on the Ostróda-Elbląg Canal and Jeziorak.

For the active guest we offer: sports field, marina, bathing beach, bikes, kayaks.

For the active guest: horseback riding, cross-country ski trails, water sports, touring bikes.

We offer 50 seats in our restaurant. Possibility to buy dinner (two-course dinner - PLN 50 - for guests of the guesthouse). We prepare meals based on products from the farm. We recommend home cooking: baking sourdough wholemeal bread, making cold meats and cheeses, lard, cakes, dumplings, jams and liqueurs. A bar and a café are available to guests. A large terrace overlooking the lake.

The facility is located: by the lake Jeziorak, in Iławskiego Landscape Park.
